Raymond Lam and Tavia Yeung Support Kenneth Ma as Acting Well
TVB's new series "Three Kingdoms RPG" has been recently criticized by netizens for having sloppy special effects, and saying that lead Kenneth Ma is too old and has exaggerating acting. Yesterday, Raymond Lam, Tavia Yeung, Kenneth, Sharon Chan, Kaki Leung, etc. attended an event. Everyone's mood has not been affected...even immersed in playing games.
Denies That Production Is Sloppy
When discussing that "Three" has been criticized for its poor effects, Raymond said, "It was said early on that this series would not be emphasizing big scenes...was filmed as a small production...few big scenes". Kenneth has been said to be too old? He said, "Television series are for entertaining everyone and whether everyone is enjoying it. Kenneth is actually rather quiet. This time, it is a very big breakthrough. I play an ancient person. He plays a modern person. The way that both speak would certainly be different".
Tavia denied that this production was sloppy, because it's not filming scenes with thousands of soldiers and horses...only doing a time-travel storyline. Most important is to create a comedic and fresh feeling. As for Kenneth being criticized by netizens, she said, "Don't think that he is old. Performance is very good. There is no assigned age for homebody guys...can be one until 50 years old".
Personal Note: Low production costs aside, quite enjoy the series thus far! :)

I also support MM! IMO, this is probably LKH's less "wu liao" ancient series in the past few years. I didn't like "In the Eye of the Beholder" and GC2.
