"Book of Words" Finale

Fala Chen/Kenneth Ma, Maggie Cheung/Dexter Yeung, and Paul Tse/Shek Sau were the finalists who competed for the title of 'Correct Word King' (although Shek Sau's original partner was Elliot Yue).

Enjoyed Ma Ming and Fala's chemistry here, especially when he said, "Fala said that she would give me a kiss if we win".

When Ma Ming and Fala were asked to perform the action "blindly follow others such that when one walks slowly, the other walks slowly, and when one walks quickly, the other walks quickly" (亦步亦趨), Ma Ming said that Fala frequently plays characters who are blindly followed by others, while he frequently portrays characters who blindly follow others.

Funny seeing Paul and Shek Sau perform the action "making eyes at each other" (互送秋波)!

Also funny when Ma Ming said that he's representing "Oxford", as he is a graduate of 「牛頭角官立津貼小學」, which has the shortened name 「牛津」!

Paul and Shek Sau were declared the second runners-up.

After Steven asked the contestants if they understood the meaning of "absence of mind" (心不在焉), Ma Ming immediately responded, "I am competing right now, but my heart is with Fala". Such a witty response! However, Steven then said that Ma Ming is all talk and no action!

Quite funny seeing Fala struggle with her line "fail through lack of a final effort" (功虧一簣) from "Can't Buy Me Love"....

After Ma Ming correctly answered, "No power shall suppress my pride" (威武不能屈), Steven said that he has known Ma Ming for a long time, but never realized he was so smart.

Like how there was a question regarding the Three Kingdoms.... Since Ma Ming has been filming "Back to the Three Kingdoms", he was able to correctly come up with Zhang Fei as the character in 《三國演義》 who has a spear-like weapon with a snake-shaped tip (丈八蛇矛).

Very interesting how the composition of the surnames 潘 (有水有田方有米) and 何 (添人添口便添丁) can be broken down into perceivable parts!

Can't believe Fala was unable to correctly answer "wife's elder brother" (內兄)....

Funny how there was an uproar of laughter after Ma Ming gave the answer "toilet" (茅廁)....

Surprised that Ma Ming was able to recite the lines from Li Bai's 《將進酒》 so fluently!

After Maggie and Dexter were declared the runners-up, and Fala and Ma Ming were declared the winners, like how Maggie said that she was just sitting there the entire time, watching Ma Ming answer!

When Ma Ming asked for help in writing the Chinese character 鬱, funny of Maggie to say that she wrote the character as big as a mahjong tile! Also like how Maggie said "Chotto Matte"!

In the end, Ma Ming won the most cash with $57,000. Fala won $30,000, while Maggie won $3,000.

Personal Note: Ma Ming looks very cute, especially when he said, "Fala said that she would give me a kiss if we win". Also, funny how Steven teased Ma Ming for 'looking honest and good, but actually a sweet-talker'. :) Anyway, can't wait to see the final! :D

Additional Romantic Scenes for Bobby

CREDIT IF REPOSTED

linda_bobbyevergreen

For his coffee career, Moses Chan used the reason of having to go to Malaysia to attend to his shop to turn down Nelson Cheung's new series "Yue Fu's Hidden Dragon". Accordingly, this series has already made some changes in the cast. Apart from the original main cast of Bobby Au Yeung, Myolie Wu, and Linda Chung, Evergreen Mak will be a new addition. Evergreen admitted that he had received this news over a week ago. The details have not been discussed; everything will be left to the company to arrange.

However, because Moses turned down the series, the whole series' story and characters had to be rewritten. The producer frankly said that there is a definite influence; the production will also be more rushed than originally planned. Asking whether male lead Bobby had any dissatisfaction because of this change, Nelson Cheung said, "Why would he be unhappy? Now, the romantic storyline has been strengthened. Bobby will be caught between Myolie and Linda. Both of the female characters will compete in beauty". Evergreen expressed that he has not collaborated with Bobby since "Fathers and Sons". This time, [he] is able to work with [his] own people, so [he] greatly anticipates it".

Personal Note: Linda will be Bobby's youngest romantic partner; however, since it is an ancient series, the age difference will not be a big deal.

"Gotta Make a Change" - Khalil Fong

Gotta Make a Change - 方大同

作曲/填詞/編曲: 方大同
監製: Edward Chan/Charles Lee/方大同

Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...

Let's change the world... Let's change the world
Let's change the world... Let's change the world
每個城每個省每個國家 每個人記得這是我們的家

We look at the signs and we think it's ok
You've got death, I've got trouble,
You've got grief, I've got pain
And the world is in vain only thinking of
gaining the things that eventually put us to shame

It's like the whole wide world is at war...
It's like the whole wide world is at war...

*It's your world, don't forget your world
Don't you turn your back on the things that you do
It's your world, don't forget your world
Don't you realize when it's too late
Don't forget the world is yours

Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...
Gotta make a change... Gotta make a change...

The people run dry with the games that we play
In contempt of the trauma, you achieve all the fame
Thru' the lies, thru' the shame, you will cease to remain
For what's left is the product of the greed from your reign

It's like the whole wide world is at war...
It's like the whole wide world is at war...

Repeat *

Listen to the tree they see everything you do
Look up at the sky can't you see all things you do become a sign
That everything has a reason for leaving
If you think there's a way to change your life
then it's now time to say that I believe

Repeat *

Gotta make a change...

Personal Note: Only Khalil is able to create and sing such of song! Love it! :D

"Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!" Promotional Event 1 @ TVB8 Clip

Ron Ng: "I am a cop. Right now, [I] suspect that you are a triad member who has invaded the school. Who are you?"

Moses Chan: "Sorry, I am also actually a mole".

Ron Ng: "You are a...."

Moses Chan: "I am here to catch a thief".

Jones Lee: "Law Lok Lam dies again?"

Leanne Li: "Earlier, Law Lok Lam became internationally known because, within 24 hours, he died in many of the series he had participated in; however, he doesn't have to die in the new series. He also has scenes with Moses Chan, Linda Chung, Tavia Yeung, and a group of naughty students".

Ron Ng: "You have a mustache. Nothing to say?"

Moses Chan: "Miss Ho is also my cup of tea".

Moses Chan: "In the series, she is called Miss Koo, and her name is also Cool. Thus, in the series, she and I have a relationship; however, my relationship with her is a work relationship. She really likes me because I make her open up her heart. However, I like Tavia Yeung, but I can't be with her because I am a mole".

Cilla Kung: "This time, there are many cops, so because our Law Sir is a mole, he entered the school to investigate whether we have done any criminal acts. Later, there are many cops, and many things happen".

Tavia Yeung: "This is the first time that we filmed a series with many students. I think it is very refreshing because it can be very relevant to the lifestyle of teachers and students. Can see the types of events that they would have in their life, the hobbies that they like in the series".

Ron Ng: "Actually, filming this series, I feel that I have gone back to the the time of secondary education because you can see that the age of the Ron Ng now is quite old".

Tavia Yeung: "Age...."

Ron Ng: "The mature type.... Also, filming this series, I think that it is quite good because it can inform Hong Kong students about current issues, and teach them about the growing process".

Leanne Li: "In the series, Tavia is caught between two handsome men, Ron and Moses. Which guy would she prefer in real life?"

Tavia Yeung: "Actually, in reality, I really hope to combine the both of them. Why? Because for one, I actually do not like...."

Ron Ng: "Currently asking you which one you would choose...."

Tavia Yeung: "I know! I have a reason. Don't make a noise, okay?"

Ron Ng: "Okay, sorry".

Tavia Yeung: "Because why? I don't like to drink coffee, but Moses really likes to drink coffee; thus, in reality, I have already deducted him by half because I don't like to drink coffee. I'm afraid of becoming addicted to coffee. Also, I tried a half a cup of his coffee before, and I couldn't sleep the entire night...thinking of him and blaming him because I couldn't sleep. However, he...."

Ron Ng: "I am milk tea! I am milk tea!"

Tavia Yeung: "He is milk tea. Why do I have to deduct half again? I also don't drink milk tea! I don't drink milk tea, coffee, or tea. What do I only drink? I only drink water. Such a pure person, so certainly must find a very good man to complement me".

Ron Ng: "They're asking you about whom you would choose in the series. Why are you talking about the fact that you drink water?"

Tavia Yeung: "I must answer for myself. It is my personality in the series!"

Ron Ng: "Are you selling yourself?! Sell our series, okay?!"

Tavia Yeung: "On TV, I must sell myself!"

Leanne Li: "Although Tavia has an aversion toward Moses' coffee, there are also some payoffs from filming. Moses, who has an April birthday, will have to go to Mainland to film a coffee programme".

Moses Chan: "Actually, I have to leave for Jamaica immediately to film a coffee programme, so I had to celebrate with the coffee beans here".

Linda Chung: "Very happy to be able to go on a trip...."

Moses Chan: "Filming a programme sounds very happy, but must get up at five or six in the morning...."

Linda Chung: "Right...."

Moses Chan: "At almost 11 or 12 o'clock, then able to...."

Linda Chung: "Can you bring friends along?"

Moses Chan: "My brother".

Linda Chung: "The company lets you?"

Moses Chan: "My brother is coming with me. He is a photographer, so he can help me take some nice pictures, as well as takes some nice pictures for the business".

Kenneth Ma & Fala Chen Discuss "Grace Under Fire" Ending @ "Scoop" Clip

Candy Yuen: "Congratulations! The ratings of 'Grace Under Fire' were really good!"

Fala Chen: "Thank you. Very happy".

Kenneth Ma: "Thank you. Thank you. Very happy. Extremely happy".

Fala Chen: "You died very tragically".

Kenneth Ma: "Yes, died very tragically. He deserved to die!"

Fala Chen: "The producer informed us of some good news. We averaged 32 [points], and peaked at 35 [points]".

Kenneth Ma: "Right...."

Fala Chen: "Also, in total, there were 2.23 million viewers who watched it".

Fala Chen: "How could I let him come by himself?"

Candy Yuen: "In the series, Fala [Chen] and Bosco [Wong] had a happy ending, while Kenneth Ma got his just deserts. Viewers liked both of their endings".

Candy Yuen: "You died, but everyone seems to be quite happy".

Kenneth Ma: "Yes, actually my mom told me that the next day she went to the market to shop for groceries, and many people already said that Yau Sam Sui deserved to die".

Fala Chen: "There were many fans who said that it was fortunate that I didn't die, and that it was good that he died. These were the main.... The most messages were about these two things".

Kenneth Ma: "Also, many people asked me why my wife would suddenly have a knife".

Candy Yuen: "Yes!"

Kenneth Ma: "How about I answer that for everyone? Actually, there was a shot that explained it. On the train, someone was selling fruits, and there was a knife there".

Candy Yuen: "Will you guys arrange to celebrate with each other later?"

Kenneth Ma: "Actually, really want to, but--you know--Fala is also busy. Many actors have already dispersed".

Fala Chen: "I still owe you a lamb chop meal".

Kenneth Ma: "Yes, you still owe me a lamb chop meal. Actually, later, let's see if there will be an opportunity to book as many of the cast and crew members to a meal and celebrate together; however, must complement our schedules".

Fala Chen: "I also made an appointment with [Liu] Xuan. She said that, when she returns to Hong Kong next time, she will definitely call me. She frequently says that she would call me, but she's also very busy, and so does not have the time to call us. If able to, everyone can get together".

Kenneth Ma: "Good. Good".

Personal Note: Although the script of "Grace" was extremely flawed, still must congratulate the series for ending on a better note in terms of ratings.

Regarding the sudden presence of the knife, Kaki Leung also explained this on her Weibo.

"Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!" Promotional Event 1 @ "Scoop" Clip (041811) & 《TVB Weekly》 Issue 721

Moses Chan: "Playing a teacher and a cop this time".

Agnes Lam: "Yes".

Moses Chan: "Done talking".

Agnes Lam: "Done talking!"

Ron Ng: "This Sir doesn't seem to be simply a teacher".

Angie Mak: "New series 'Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!' is exaggeratedly performed by Moses Chan, the comedian of the new generation. Continuous hilarity".

Moses Chan: "I am Qiqihar Association Lam Tin Kwong Memorial Secondary School's Chinese teacher, Law Yiu Wah!"

Moses Chan: "Just call me Law Sir".

Angie Mak: "In the series, even Moses, Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, and Linda Chung's four-sided relationship is complicated. How will silly Moses deal with being caught between two beauties?"

Moses Chan: "She and I have a relationship".

Agnes Lam: "Yes".

Moses Chan: "However, I am a mole in the school, so I pursue her because she has a hidden, important identity. A lot of information, so I get close to her".

Agnes Lam: "Talk about your other one. What character is Tavia Yeung playing in the series?"

Moses Chan: "She is a...."

Agnes Lam: "Will you pursue her?"

Moses Chan: "I like that one. Don't like this one, but the heavens always play tricks on people, such that, this time, the producer is playing tricks on people . Can't be with the person you like".

Agnes Lam: "However, in the series, you and Ron fight for her, right? Fight in what way?"

Moses Chan: "Because I like her, but I can't express it to her. After such a handsome, brave, and fierce Sir comes along, starts to have a problem. 'That's preposterous! What are you doing?'"

Agnes Lam: "Pretend to be cool afterward?"

Moses Chan: "However, this one is also attached to me".

Linda Chung: "I am also attached to him like this".

Moses Chan: "'Why is it like this?' That kind of awkward feeling is quite fun and quite funny, I think".

Angie Mak: "Two Sirs madly pursuing the kindhearted Miss. It seems that Ron has won the first battle. Look! They even bicker during the interview".

Agnes Lam: "You also pursue Tavia, right?"

Ron Ng: "Of course! So pretty...why not pursue her?"

Agnes Lam: "You and Moses fight for her".

Ron Ng: "Of course!"

Tavia Yeung: "This one lost. Go away!"

Ron Ng: "Don't deceive the viewers. According to the storyline, I didn't lose".

Tavia Yeung: "Really? He actually won in secret".

Agnes Lam: "Fight in what way? What moves do you have?"

Ron Ng: "What moves? None. I am obviously open and aboveboard".

Agnes Lam: "Also tomorrow's star...."

Ron Ng: "Strike a pose! Let's strike a pose together".

Agnes Lam: "Because of this, already won".

Ron Ng: "Can tell that we are a pair from one glance!"

Tavia Yeung: "Right!"

Ron Ng: "Moses can go with Linda. Very matching with Linda".

Agnes Lam: "Who does your heart belong to?"

Tavia Yeung: "Actually, I really want to have them both. I myself really want to have that. With one of my feet, step on a few more boats...."

Ron Ng: "You said that phrase with 'tongue fat'.

Tavia Yeung: "'Tongue fat?'"

Ron Ng: "Yes".

Tavia Yeung: "'Tongue fat?' You want to say 'fat tongue'? It became 'tongue fat'".

Ron Ng: "'Tongue fat'. 'Tongue fat'. You said, 'I want to choose them both actually'".

Tavia Yeung: "Large tongue syndrome! This is called large tongue syndrome. Didn't you say that you weren't feeling well?"

Ron Ng: "Yes, throat hurts".

Tavia Yeung: "Saying so much...."

Agnes Lam: "After seeing you, he became very well and became lively again!"

Ron Ng: "Because if I don't speak loudly, she would cover my voice, and it would be useless for me to do this interview, right?"

Tavia Yeung: "All in all, can say it in one phrase. Now you know why I won't choose him...so much to say!"

Ron Ng: "My 'tongue fat'...."

Agnes Lam: "Why choose Moses? Did he make coffee for you?"

Tavia Yeung: "He said that I am his cup of tea...."

Ron Ng: "Thus, not coffee!"

Tavia Yeung: "Not coffee".

Personal Note: Ron and Tavia are so adorable! Love how she elbowed him so many times! :P They were also very in unison, as they struck the same pose! :) Cute how Ron said that Moses should go with Linda! He he.... :P They're always so loud and fun together...can never get sick of them! :D

Ron reacts faster now...can tell from his coffee comebacks! :P

Personally don't like Moses' exaggerating take on comedy. In the TVB Weekly interview, Ron also mentioned that he and Tavia questioned whether Moses' acting was too over the top; however, Lau Ka Ho felt that there was no problem. Anyway, didn't find Moses' acting too exaggerating in the first episode, but will have to see more episodes....

"Relic of an Emissary" Theme Song MV

"State Power" - Joe Ma

"Contend for Hegemony" - Joe Ma

"Invulnerable" - Elisa Chan

Repeat *

由誰來攻擊都會躲得過 身邊只有自己這一個
可不須要稀罕你扶助
從來無止境蜚語都擊破
始終都也在堅守的我 不屈的我捲不進漩渦

Personal Note: The finale of "Grace" will air on April 17th @ 9:00pm. Like last year's "A Fistful of Stances", it will be going up against the HKFA awards; however, the quality of "Grace" is not comparable to "Fistful".

Linda Chung Admires Charmaine Sheh and Wong He

CREDIT IF REPOSTED

linda

"Out of the female artistes, I admire Charmaine [Sheh] the most. She is a female artiste who is really worth respecting. When I was in Canada, already watched the series she filmed. Really like her being the character Chuk Kwan Ho. I will use her as a goal. Certainly hope to get 'Series Queen', but believe that I'll need to use a few years to train myself. Charmaine also worked for a very long time before getting it. Her acting ability is really very mature".

Admires Wong He's Attitude

"In terms of male artistes, I really admire He [Wong He]. He is very hardworking, and has a very tight grasp toward production and the whole team. This industry really needs this type of person to drive the focus of the team. Wong He is of great help to me. His acting ability is very incredible and very meticulous--very clear about how the feeling of the scene would be. From 'The Gem of Life' to 'Twilight Investigation', he has given me a different outlook. He has high expectations toward different aspects of the drama crew, which is a good thing. He also wants the production to be good--certainly cannot be excessively out of place or unreasonable. If it can make the entire scene good, why can't the script be changed? I really admire him".

Angie Mak: "The series revolves around a group of teachers in a school. Wow, why does Moses have a gun? Because he is a mole. Yesterday, they also took the opportunity to play around with Law Lok Lam, who was acknowledged internationally because of having died four times within 36 hours".

Jones Lee: "Lam Lok Lam dies again? After becoming the talk of the town from dying four times within 36 hours, he has died again today".

Angie Mak: "This school has good people, bad people, and certainly some lovers as well. Actually, how is the many-angled relationship among Moses Chan, Linda Chung, Ron Ng, and Tavia Yeung?"

Moses Chan: "Miss Ho is also my cup of tea. Look at my gun".

Ron Ng: "You only drink coffee!"

Ron Ng: "Why would Tavia captivate Moses and Ron? Why like her in the series? She definitely has her own charisma, such that her inner beauty is let out. What?"

Angie Mak: "However, there was a major discovery during the interview".

Agnes Lam: "You are more compatible!"

Tavia Yeung: "Linda, come here".

Agnes Lam: "Saying that your outfits clashed!"

Tavia Yeung: "What clashing outfits? This is called compatibility".

Linda Chung: "What? What?"

Tavia Yeung: "This is called happening to coincide".

Linda Chung: "We...."

Tavia Yeung: "Happening to coincide...."

Ron Ng: "Can [you] not be so manly?"

Linda Chung: "We didn't call each other. However, don't know why.... Before heading out the door, I was thinking...."

Tavia Yeung: "Was seized by a whim...."

Linda Chung: "Was seized by a whim.... It seemed as though there was some kind of feeling telling me not to dress like this. Afterward, I dressed like this".

Ron Ng: "Although their shirts are clashing, their pants aren't clashing, okay?!

Angie Mak: "Is there a solution to this clashing outfits incident? Yes, just behave and say the slogan together".

All: "'Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!' Grand broadcast on Monday at 9:30pm!"

Selena Li Screencaps Kenneth Ma in "Virtues of Harmony"

maming_voh

Selena Li: "Saw Ma Ming in 'Virtues of Harmony'.... After all of these years, his looks haven't changed much!!!"

Personal Note: "Virtues of Harmony" is currently re-airing on TVB Jade in the afternoons. Selena must have been watching it in between takes of filming "The Boxing King". He he.... Love it when she randomly Weibos on Ma Ming! :D

Selena already posted this previously, but deleted it shortly afterward (most likely because she had a typo). In her new post, she ended up removing a couple characters and switching some of the wording.

Personal Note: Quite like the song, as it is very 陽光. :)

Moses and Ron sang quite well here. Moses' improvement was especially evident.

Ron looks so good! Very cute how he did a 'V' sign at the end. :) Especially like it when he smiles with his teeth. :D

Since Ronald Law, Cilla Kung, Brian Chu, and Dickson Wong play a group of bullies called 'K4' in the series, they had a rather significant part in the MV.

Raymond Lam & Kenneth Ma Filming "Back to the Three Kingdoms" @ TVB8 Clip

CREDIT IF REPOSTED

Yao Bin: "Raymond Lam, who has recently been bothered by Mavis Pan's matter, has decided to focus on work and not discuss rumours. Thus, when reporters asked him about the storyline of 'Back to the Three Kingdoms', he couldn't stop talking about it".

Raymond Lam: "Afterward, will film 'Back to the Three Kingdoms', which is a time-travelling series--a series related to history. When I was young, I was more familiar with the history of the Three Kingdoms because, whether it's 'Records of the Three Kingdoms' or 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms', I also really like it. Thus, when I was young, I already read many different works regarding the characters of the Three Kingdoms. I also like many of the characters. Finally, I am lucky enough to take part in a series in this era--actually quite happy. In this series, because there are many actors whom I have collaborated with for many years, and they are playing historical figures whom I have been very familiar with since young. From our costumes and makeup, it does really seem as though historical figures are standing in front of me, so the feeling is quite realistic".

Yao Bin: "The important figure who has time-travelled from the modern time to the ancient time is actually Kenneth Ma. On this day, he and Zhang Fei chatted happily. Kenneth also shared some of the series' funny moments with everyone".

Savio Tsang: "Can tell from my look that I am Zhang Fei. Zhang Fei is a part of 'Liu, Guan, Zhang', whose, needless to say, high morality reaches up to the clouds. The three of us are like brothers. Most importantly, there is a bathing scene. You help me scrub my back, and I help him scrub his back. This scene is a must-see! I also greatly anticipate it. There is also another special figure in the series who went from the modern to the ancient. Who is it?"

Kenneth Ma: "Yes, in the series, I am a modern-day person who went back to the ancient. It was an accident that he went back. Actually, in the modern day, I am a person who always does not know what he wants to do--does not have many goals. After coming here and seeing 'Liu, Guan, Zhang' and Zhuge Liang, he learns our Chinese traditions regarding benevolence, righteousness, propriety, courage, etc. He learns these things from them, and becomes a true man. Because I was an extra in the modern day, I was really wearing a wig when I went back".

Savio Tsang: "However, don't know why the wig does not come off".

Kenneth Ma: "Thus, must always fix it. While eating congee, would use the congee to fix it. Use saliva to fix it...."

Raymond Lam: "Because Kenneth Ma is playing a modern-day person who goes back to the era of the Three Kingdoms, quite a bit of modern terms or factors would be added in. This time, it's quite fun. He.... We.... Aside from some history, there are also some characters from the Three Kingdoms and their.... The scriptwriters feel that.... They have also written about things such as family life, so I think that it's quite fun. Actually, some scenes are quite fun. Also, you will see, for example, some ancient people, but they will suddenly say.... Because Kenneth would teach us some modern terms, so the feeling for us sometimes becomes.... All of the actors have to wear mustaches, but we have to hold in our laughter. Thus, the entire filming atmosphere is quite funny".

Personal Note: In "A Step into the Past", they didn't explain how Louis' ancient hairstyle was kept in place. Louis' character just complained about being hot, and said that he did not understand why people in the past had a 'bun' on their heads.

Ron Ng & Moses Chan Filming "Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!" MV @ TVB8 Clip

CREDIT IF REPOSTED

Vivi Lee: "Ron Ng and Moses Chan are filming the MV for their new series. Attending a class is the background. Looking at their outfits, can tell that their sparks come with ease through experience".

Ron Ng: "Should ask him. Inside the school, these matters should be related to him".

Moses Chan: "I am a teacher. He is a cop; however, I am also a cop. He also looks like a teacher. Why? It's complicated in the series. Actually.... It's like the title of the series 'Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!' Why is a sir a sir? Why is a sir a sir?"

Ron Ng: "Why is a cop a sir? Why is a sir a cop?"

Moses Chan: "However, on our screen, can see our naughty students at the back".

Ron Ng: "Look! Naughty students".

Moses Chan: "Naughty students. We need to keep them under control".

Ron Ng: "Also play tricks on them".

Moses Chan: "Look! Too overboard!"

Ron Ng: "Look! Too naughty!"

Vivi Lee: "For Ron and Moses, filming series is certainly like a common meal. However, when filming an MV, would it be a challenge for them?"

Moses Chan: "Actually, as a singer, filming MVs is something that I do regularly. Also not easy to be a singer. Like myself, I have been playing a singer for many years. Actually, singing is not a challenge for me. Filming an MV is like eating a meal, right?"

Ron Ng: "Eating a meal".

Moses Chan: "Eating a meal. Yes, very quick. Thus, I think that filming an MV is.... You talk!"

Ron Ng: "For him, not a challenge at all, so I think that filming the MV today, it will be very quick. Don't even need an hour, and we'll be finished filming. Thank you".

Moses Chan: "Half an hour".

Ron Ng: "Okay, half an hour".

Vivi Lee: "Finish in half an hour? Definitely incredible! Was the recording also as smooth?"

Ron Ng: "Actually, we recorded it separately, so.... Because I have been filming a series, couldn't take out some time to record this song. Actually, think that I just recorded it two days ago. Thus, when [I] just arrived, had to lip-sync, so slightly forgot the lyrics".

Moses Chan: "In terms of emotions, I think it's rather difficult. Why? Because I have to face him this time, and he has to face me".

Ron Ng: "He usually has to face girls".

Moses Chan: "How can I sing this love song well? How can I get emotions into the song? You'll know after you hear it. There is also something between us. It's...right?"

Ron Ng: "Okay. Happy together? Okay".

Personal Note: The theme song is called "Salutary Influence of Education" (春風化雨).

Moses' Mandarin is especially 囧, but it's funny hearing him speak. :D

Also, Ron is very cute, and he looks good in the MV, while Moses has many funny expressions. :)

Law Lok Lam Dying Five Times in One Day: 'Acknowledged Internationally'

CREDIT IF REPOSTED

The news about 'Green Leaf King' Law Lok Lam 'dying' five times in five series within 24 hours on TVB screens has been a big hit online recently. Even tvb.com specially arranged for him to accept an interview. Regarding Law Lok Lam's record of five consecutive 'deaths', this even aroused international media interest. ABC News and the online version of Singapore Straits Times' entertainment report also reprinted this news. It is unexpected that, this time, Law Lok Lam relied on 'dying' to get acknowledged internationally.

Someone Suggested to Apply for Guinness World Records

After knowing that the web sites of foreign countries have also reprinted this news, he could not help but laugh. He said, "Heard that someone has applied for the Guinness World Records for me. In 24 hours, it is not easy to have five of my series air, and even impossible to die five consecutive times. Even if it had to be accommodated, it would not work out. Really very funny!"

Here is the link to the report from ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) News.

tvb.com Interview

FYI: During prime time on April 6th, Law Lok Lam's characters in "Relic of an Emissary" and "Grace Under Fire" respectively died of old age and from being beaten to death. During the midnight time slot on April 7th, his character in "Police Station No. 7" also died, and on the same day, his characters in "Face to Fate" and "Virtues of Harmony" died as well.

Apparently, in the finale of "The Hunter's Prey", Law Lok Lam's character also met his end on April 8th. Thus, the characters he played in series actually died six times within 42 hours.

Personal Note: Read about this topic in the forums, and also saw it circulating on Weibo.

Have always enjoyed Law Lok Lam's acting. Quite funny that he became noticed for 'dying' in so many series within a short period of time. :P Anyway, looking forward to his performance as a comedic triad boss in "Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir!" :)

Personal Note: Congratulations to all the winners, especially to Charmaine for topping the list on her tenth consecutive year of making it into the top ten! :)

Like many, was very surprised that Natalie was able to garner a spot in the top ten. The character Ngan is definitely a turning point in her acting career. Personally not a fan of her acting, but hope that she continues to improve.

Series that air right before and during the voting period have always been eligible for these awards, so not surprised that "The Rippling Blossom" made it into the top ten for TV programmes. In 2005, "My Family" was also able to grab the fourth spot despite just beginning to air at the end of January.

Anyway, nice to see "A Fistful of Stances", "Beauty Knows No Pain", and "The Men of Justice" in the top ten, but would have liked to see "Twilight Investigation" in there as well.

Also, expected "Fun with Liza and Gods" to place higher, as it was such a popular and talked-about variety programme last year.
