TVB's two anniversary series, "Forensic Heroes III" and "Curse of the Royal Harem", are in the midst of airing; the ratings of "Forensic" have also been reported to be a success. TVB has already initially scheduled the series for the first half of the year. Stepping into 2012, the first two series that will be released also hope to attract viewers. It is said that "L'Escargot", starring Michael Miu, Sonija Kwok, Michael Tse, Linda Chung, etc., has already been confirmed; the other series will be "Psychological Warfare", which stars Adam Cheng, Moses Chan, Aimee Chan, and Maggie Shiu. "Special Duties Unit", which is a collaboration between Joe Ma and Jessica Hsuan, and "Return to the Three Kingdoms", which stars Raymond Lam, Kenneth Ma, Tavia Yeung, etc., will follow.

Personal Note: Had a feeling that "L'Escargot" would have a January release, and that "Psychological Warfare" would be airing soon....

Looking forward to these upcoming series! :D

  2. To huama:

"L'Escargot" is French for "The Snail". The title is obviously inspired by the term "蝸居", which is literally translated as "snail house" (meaning "small dwelling", which is what the series is about).

  3. Meaning that the dramas which officially start for 2012 is War of heart & L'Escargot?

  4. I don't think it is true, because Special Duties Unit only have 13 episodes, so it should be airing on a weekend slot. Also, When Heavens Burn and Psychological Warfare have repeated cast and is from the same producer, so don't think they will actually air it back to back
Although I do have a feeling that L'Escargot will air in the beginning of the year

  5. L'Escargot meaning sounds very fitted to the story. I love the premise of this series. It looks meaningful and deep and will be touching to watch since it's the reality problem in HK.

I also look forward for Ron's character in this series since he loves it so much. Ron and Linda also makes a fresh loving pair from filming pictures.

  6. I still refer the translated title more than "L'Escargot"! TVB should've just called it "The Snail" if they wanted an English title!

@hyn5: I'm also looking forward to these series! Can't wait for Ma Ming!
