Damian Lau Gives Way to Younger People for Awards
Artiste Damian Lau attended a charity ball. As one of the hot contenders for TV king, he laughingly said that he has already been hot for a long time: "Hot to a boil". When it was mentioned that this year is 'one vote per person' public voting with character actors' chances being greater, he said, "I'm already at this age! Leave the awards to the younger people". He also expressed that he thinks highly of Tavia Yeung and Kenneth Ma, who are also in "Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles". When it was said that his good friend, Michelle Yim, is also one of the hot contenders for TV queen, he immediately said, "She is not in my series...don't care".
Personal Note: Ha ha.... Funny how Damian said that he doesn't care about Michelle because she is not in his series! :P
