On October 27th, Kenneth Ma and Natalie Tong filmed a scene at the riding stables for "The Truth".
Personal Note: At the fitting of "The Frightening Thunder of the Forbidden City", Ma Ming said that Natalie plays his girlfriend in "The Truth", while she plays his wife in "Thunder". He said that he's not used to this new relationship, as she is his sister. :)

Steven Ma Wins Third Prize in Lottery on His Birthday
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Steven Ma attended the 10th Central and Western Festival event as an ambassador. Steven's nose allergies were acting up, so he took the risk of singing off-key and sang [during the event]. He said, "I won the third prize in a lottery on my birthday. I thought it was over a million dollars, but there were 110 winners, so I only won $30,000. The lottery ticket was a birthday gift from my assistant, so I will give him half. (How will you be spending it?) Treat friends out to dinner. (There were reports saying that you told Ngo Ka Nin to 'go to hell'.) Ka Nin has already called me and said that he didn't say it [was me]. He felt that it made me upset, and he felt sorry. He only said that a veteran's words have hurt him. I need to explain because I want to prove my innocence. I am a guy, so I will not say 'go to hell'. Also, I just collaborated with Ka Nin last year. We have never collaborated before. The matter is now being handled by my lawyer!"
FYI: 收皮 = an insulting way of expressing contempt for someone, telling them to leave.
Personal Note: Lucky Steven for winning the third prize! Too bad he didn't win the million dollars! He he.... :D Is Steven on a winning streak now.... ;)
Since when is Steven a veteran (前輩)? The most he can be is a senior (師兄)! 囧! The media is just trying to hype up the contenders for the awards.
Steven and Ka Nin have already cleared things up through Weibo.
Steven Ma: "I received a call from Ka Nin this afternoon. He apologized to me because a certain article framed him saying that Ka Nin said that I once insulted him, and told him to XX. Ka Nin expressed to me that he never said that that person was me. It was someone he met ten years ago. Ka Nin said that he is very unhappy that someone had made this up, and he hopes that I don't misunderstand! I want to say that I, too, cannot accept this frame-upon-frame behaviour. I will let my lawyer deal with this matter! Ka Nin, take care of your injury. Don't worry!"
Ngo Ka Nin: "Ma Jai, I am really sorry. The reports have affected you. I would like to apologize to you here. Sorry, Ma Jai".
Steven Ma: "Silly boy, you have already clearly explained it this afternoon. They framed you for framing me. I'd be an idiot to believe it! Remember what I told you. You must handle your eye with care. If you see many flashes, you must go to the hospital immediately. It can be very dangerous! Take care of your injury, Spare Rib Boy!"
Ngo Ka Nin: "Understood".
FYI: Steven had experience with an injury, as he was injured by a horse during the filming of "A Change of Destiny". Some viewers may remember that Steven accepted his 'Favourite TV Male Character' award from Michelle Yim with gauze over his right eye. ;)
Maggie Cheung also supported Steven on Weibo.
Maggie Cheung: "I would not believe it in a million years! The Ma Jai I know would never insult others. You and Ka Nin shouldn't get upset over untrue reports. 'No Regrets' is just too popular!!!"

Nancy Wu Wants to Dress Up as Avatar
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Yesterday, Nancy Wu attended a Halloween themed special effects makeup event. She dressed up as Mystique from X-Men, and also expressed that she had attended Halloween parties in the past. She laughingly said, "I most want to dress up as a female Avatar wearing a bikini, and go down Lan Kwai Fong and join the excitement". Many artistes in the industry like to dress up on Halloween to have a night of revelry. Nancy accidentally said that rumoured couples in the industry can use this opportunity to date: "A rumoured couple and I went to a theme park one Halloween, and they used this opportunity to date. We bumped into many artistes that day. Never thought that people were able to guess who they were from their height even though they were wearing masks". However, she insisted on not revealing the couple's identity. As for whether she would meet up with rumoured boyfriend Kenneth Ma and have a night of revelry, she instantly said, "Will not! I have a cold. Last night, I went out with Myolie Wu, Jessica Hsuan, etc. to have hot pot. They later said that they got sick, and blamed me for infecting them".
Personal Note: Wonder who the rumoured couple was? :P
Also, Myolie and Jessica have both blamed Nancy on Weibo for getting them sick. :D Felix Wong even joined the conversation. Ha ha.... :D
Myolie Wu: "My throat is starting to hurt. Did Nancy get me sick?"
Nancy Wu: "No, really?! I used serving chopsticks!!!!"
Myolie Wu: ":( :( :(".
Felix Wong: "Silly girl. You were drunk that night. Later, it was because...of that.... That is why you're sick! Understand?"
Myolie Wu: "Ha ha. Then who got me sick?"
Mandy Wong: "Just finished an interview and have returned home.... Nose keeps running. Am I starting to get sick? Who infected me? bon bon stay with me~good boy".
Myolie Wu: "Nancy got me sick. Even my Filipino housekeeper is sick. Her germs are very powerful!!"
Felix Wong: "It has nothing to do with Nancy. That is the result of getting drunk!"
Jessica Hsuan: "I got infected, too. It must be Nancy!!"
Myolie Wu: "Ha ha. We are all infected!!"
Nancy Wu: "I used serving chopsticks!!!!"
Nancy Wu: "You guys probably got sick from outdoor shooting!"
Jessica Hsuan: "@Myolie @Nancy I am dead sick. Are you guys feeling better?"
Nancy Wu: "It's not my fault!! It's not my fault!!! It's the change in weather. Everyone is sick!!! Wear more clothing, people!!!"
Wu Mei Yee (Myolie's sister): "Luckily, I didn't come into contact with you guys".
Wu Mei Yee (Myolie's sister): "Oh, I think I'm getting sick".
Nancy Wu: "Blaming me, too?! Is it because you Wu sisters got sick from not wearing enough clothing?!!!!!"

The Encouragement of Mentor Catherine Tsang and Leung Choi Yuen, Kent Cheng Supports Steven Ma to Receive 'TV King'
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
October 26th was Steven Ma's 39th birthday. This year's "A Watchdog's Tale" and "Ghost Writer" won in ratings and feedback, so during the celebration of his birthday, his friends' first congratulatory words were to wish him to receive 'TV King'. The day before, mentor Catherine Tsang, TVB producer Leung Choi Yuen who treats him like a godson, and 'Best Actor' Kent Cheng were all present for his birthday dinner. They also presented him with a 'Little Prince' cake, and wished him to receive the title of this year's 'TV King' for his breakthrough performances in those two series.
Steven's series have become the 'cannon' that guarantees ratings during 'battle'. "Ghost Writer", which was on the verge of being 'cannon fodder', battled against the World Cup; however, the ratings still surpassed 40 points. Witnessing the success of "Ghost", Catherine, who has nurtured Steven for 15 years, is satisfied at the fact that he is becoming stronger and stronger with each battle. With Catherine attending her pupil's birthday celebration, this is his biggest support and encouragement.
After working with 'Lucky Star' Steven, Leung Choi Yuen's "A Watchdog's Tale", "Ghost Writer", and "When Lanes Merge" have entered the top ten in terms of ratings, thereby breaking the record for a producer having the most series rated in the top ten. Leung Choi Yuen said that Steven has always been a good artiste in his heart, and he is the best candidate for this year's 'TV King'.
Kent Cheng, using his 'Best Actor' status, also gave his appraisal: "He should have received an award earlier; it's just that he didn't have enough luck! He acts with depth and professionalism. In my lifetime, I rarely admire people, but he is one of those whom I admire. His serious attitude during work and seriousness in analyzing each character cannot be found in many people today. This is called professionalism, so I support him. In my heart, he is already a 'TV King'. Out of TVB's siu sangs, his acting ability definitely surpasses them. He has substance and talent".
Personal Note: Steven is definitely Leung Choi Yuen's 'Lucky Star', as his series became better after they collaborated.
Let the hype continue! :D

"Gun Metal Grey" Promotional Clip 5
Felix Wong: "If you're counting it, it has been almost ten years since I've filmed a TV series".
Michael Miu: "Counting back on our last series collaboration, it would have to be 'The Yang's Saga'".
Michael Miu: "Welcome, Sergeant Shek Tung Sing. You have officially joined A Team!"
All: "Yeah!"
Felix Wong: "This script is very interesting. My character is not the distinctly good or evil characters that I've played in the past. It is very complicated and very three-dimensional".
Jessica Hsuan: "You were originally a good cop. Why did you become like this?"
Michael Miu: "The production is taken seriously, so there is great anticipation [for those who have taken part in the series and the viewers]. Once we stepped foot on the set, there were already sparks".
Narrator: "Anniversary series 'Gun Metal Grey'. Monday @ 9:30pm".
Personal Note: I actually do look forward to "Gun" after watching these promo clips. :)

"Gun Metal Grey" Promotional Clip 4
Narrator: "Hot-blooded heroes taking on cold-blooded cases".
Michael Miu: "The temperature of his hand is lower than a normal person's. I'm certain that he is lying!"
Felix Wong: "Did you kill Kitty?! Talk! If you don't, I'll push you down!"
Michael Miu: "All I want is an answer".
Narrator: "As virtue rises one foot, vice rises ten".
Kwok Cheuk Wah: "You can't compete with me. I've done so many bad things. The heavens can't even punish me. What can you do?!"
Narrator: "You should believe in justice, not take justice into your own hands".
Michael Miu: "Who do you think you are? You think your standard is correct?"
Felix Wong: "I really can't get past the law for what I've done?! I've done nothing wrong!"
Narrator: "Anniversary series 'Gun Metal Grey'. Monday @ 9:30pm".
Personal Note: I can't believe it will be November 1st on Monday. :P
"All I want is an answer". So, it doesn't necessarily have to be the correct answer because Miu is bribing Dai Yiu Ming. Interesting....
