Recently, Charmaine Sheh shot a commercial alongside Ching Ho Wai; TV king Bowie Lam also made a surprise appearance at the end--a historic reunion that stirred up nostalgic memories for TV fans! Regarding collaborating again to shoot a promotional video as a classic CP from "War and Beauty", Charmaine and Bowie both exclaimed that it was full of memories. Charmaine said, "Although we would occasionally gather for meals, have not worked together in a long time. Fortunately, our chemistry and sense of humour remain intact. When working, it was always full of laughter. The funniest thing is that, at one point, I thought that Bowie would really perform the splits; the outcome would be so hilarious that it would really be too difficult to hold back [my] laughter...ha ha! Actually, every time [I] see Bowie, it feels like stepping back onto the 'War' set; the feeling of working side-by-side is still fresh in [my] memory".

Bowie also thinks that the most difficult part of working with Charmaine this time was holding back laughter: "Because I had to say the lines in the tone of an ancient person and also had to act out 「男人心一字馬」, was worried about failing to keep from laughing the most beforehand. Fortunately, was able to hold it in...very satisfied with the outcome! The funniest thing is that people have never understood the meaning of 「男人心一字馬」. I also asked the lyricist, Chow Lai Mau, about it personally; it turns out that these lyrics are about a man cheating on his partner. Hope to be able sing this song again at a future show to repay the netizens for their years of support and discussion".

Talking about the unforgettable things about filming "War", Charmaine and Bowie unanimously chose their 'cheating tactics'. Charmaine said, "The most unforgettable part was definitely the thrill of 'flying scripts' because we received fresh scipts each day, much like a pop quiz. As soon as we got the scripts, we would scatter to memorize our lines individually. There were times when we still had not fully memorized the script by the time we had to get into position, so we had to resort to 'cheating tactics'! Bowie was super clever; he'd stick his lines onto my back, while I would stick my lines onto a mirror in front of him. These kinds of funny moments of 'sharing hardships together' are truly cherished memories for us". Bowie added, "Because we had to tackle so many scenes every day, and Charmaine and I often had lengthy dialogue. To keep up with the shooting schedule, resorting to cheating now and then was unavoidable...ha ha!"

Charmaine and Bowie, who have not worked together in a long time, are naturally eager to face off on screen again. Charmaine even came up with her own exciting plot lines, hoping it comes to fruition soon, saying, "The sparks within our 'War' team are still there, and since our acting skills have already matured significantly, there would surely be even more depth when collaborating again! If filming a modern version of a power struggle in the office or a time-travel version involving a clash of eras, believe that viewers would also find the concept compelling. However, the most important thing is having a complete script ready from the start this time, so we don't have to stick cheat sheets...ha ha!" Bowie expressed that only a good script and good roles would justify such a collaboration and do justice to the viewers who have waited so long: "Viewers certainly have high expectations for a sequel or the original cast. It would be unfair to them to produce something merely for the sake of making it. Don't want to let the viewers down, so have to be even more careful when choosing a script".
