- Moses Chan will play a major drug lord with terminal cancer. He sells and uses drugs. He is a major antagonist.
- Edwin Siu will play a cop in the Narcotics Bureau (NB). Moses has caused him to have no feeling; however, he gets reignited when Moses is released from prison. He forgets Kelly Cheung, who is originally his girlfriend, after Moses injects him with something.
- Nancy Wu will play Sarah Cheung Lam (章琳), a career woman in finance. She is a drug queen who uses drugs to make money. She thinks that money is the only thing that she can trust. She does not necessarily identify with drugs, but she is an investment queen, so she is greedy for money; she sells drugs to her clients, and they give her business. Moses is her drug source; she uses him to change her destiny. She and Moses are not a couple, but they cannot be separated from one another.
- Kelly will play a tough cop in the NB. She is KK Cheung's daughter; her position is much higher than his.
- Bowie Cheung will play Lam Ho Yi (林可兒), a current affairs reporter. She is linked to Moses, Edwin, et al. She is like a player in a game. She is a bad person but later becomes good.
- Matthew Ho will play Tsui On Lok (徐安樂), a deaf and mute person. He has to use sign language and ride a motorcycle. He and Rosita Kwok were childhood friends.
- Raymond Cho will play a Chief Inspector of Police.
- Ashley Chu will play Sam Suk Yin (沈淑賢), an intelligent and astute triad boss lady. She is imposing, clever, and mature. She and Ram Chiang are a married couple; she is the mother of three children.
- Mark Ma will play To Fei (杜飛), a major antagonist. He is sinister, violent, and intelligent.
- Rosita has the most scenes with Matthew and Bowie. She, Matthew, and Bowie have a subtle triangular relationship.
- Eddie Pang will play Leung Chi Chiu (梁智釗). He is also called 「黑仔」.
- Kelvin Liu will play a member of the NB.
- Albert Au will play Siu Yu Hin (邵宇軒).
- Joan Lee will play Maggie So Mei Kei (蘇美琪), Albert Au's wife.
- Albert Cheung will play a district councillor.
