After 'Wah' goes to jail, he has always asked for solitary confinement, hoping to be able to read books quietly.
Twelve years later, 'Wah' accepts an interview with online platform reporter 'Lam Ho Yi' (林可兒, played by Bowie Cheung), and is regretful of everything that he had done in the past. 'Wah' is confirmed to have terminal lung cancer. The HKSAR Government grants 'Wah' parole for humanitarian reasons. At this time, a police murder case points to 'Wah', who has just been released from prison. 'Ning' asks 'Tin', who understands 'Wah' the most, to return to the NB. 'Wah' finds the mute 'Tsui On Lok' (徐安樂, played by Matthew Ho) to handle the online drug distribution for him, and then finds his ex, 'Cheung Lam' (章琳, played by Nancy Wu), to help him launder money through the stock market. 'Wah' hopes to use the limited time to construct his new world......
