There were rumours saying that Kenneth Ma (Ma Ming) and Nancy Wu's relationship ended, and that he and Selena Li developed love sparks from filming series together. Yesterday, both 'Wives of Ma Ming' attended a soccer event. The organizers arranged a cardboard cutout of Kenneth playing soccer for them to take a picture with, causing them to be unable to hold in their laughter.
When Selena heard the term 'New and Old Wife of Ma Ming', she immediately denied so, and said while looking at Nancy, "I'm not! Are you?" Nancy awkwardly laughed, "I don't know. There were just reports saying so. It's already in the past". Selena frankly said that when her rumours with Kenneth surfaced, she was not in Hong Kong. She only knew about the rumours after she returned to Hong Kong, causing her to be very confused.
Nancy Wu Treats It as Promotion for Series
When asked if they would fall for the same guy, Selena said, "I don't think so. I don't like to fight over a guy. I think it would be very annoying, so I would rather not have [him]". Nancy then said, "In general, we don't like the same things". As for the organizers bringing up their rumours during the event, Nancy expressed that she was told beforehand that this topic would be touched upon. She said, "Actually, there were already many reports during filming. Also, Kenneth plays a player in the current series 'The Mysteries of Love'. I'll just treat it as promotion for the series".
It was pointed out that if Selena hadn't broken up with Patrick Tang, it would be a love square. Selena awkwardly said, "It's not related". Nancy thinks that rumours are simply an after-dinner topic, as she and Kenneth are good friends. When asked if they are friends after separation, Nancy just repeated herself and said that they are good friends. Selena expressed that she is not thinking about love matters right now. She is just leaving it up to fate.
Personal Note: Ha ha.... I knew that Nancy would tie her hair up in a ponytail, and that Selena would let her hair down. :P
He he.... Nancy already knew that 'Ma Ming' was going to be the 'goalie'! Selena was clueless as to what would be happening during the event. :D
