- The series is a brand new story.
- There are ten cases: 'Upside Down' (對倒), 'Pisces' (雙魚), 'Female Domestic Helper' (姐姐), 'Seven and a Half Floor' (七樓半), 'A Fist Within Four Walls GO!' (城寨英雄GO!), 'OPPA', 'Visitor' (訪客), 'Mukbang' (吃播), 'Bridal Gown' (嫁衣), and 'Origin' (原點). Each story will revolve around personal social issues.
- The concept of the series is parallel universes: there will be two Hong Kongs and two Twilight Mansions. There are some different people in the two worlds.
- Joel Chan will play Maurice/Joey, the owner of a coffee shop. His coffee has alcohol in it. He and Selena Lee are performing in a love story form.
- Selena will play Ella.
- Hubert Wu will play a tailor. It is a more special character.
- Shiga Lin will play Fo Wan (科雲), an ordinary OL. She and Hubert will develop a tragic love story; their case is the last one.
- Christine Ng will play a character with a neurotic personality in one of the cases. The character is actually a tragic character.
- Chloe So will play a girl whose face has been disfigured. She is Christine's daughter.
- Jazz Lam may not act from the beginning to the end. His case talks about a father-son relationship.
- Brian Tse will take part in a case.
- Roxanne Tong will play Arnold Kwok's fan.
- Arnold will play Kim, a Korean star.
- Karl Ting will play a takeout delivery person.
- Kelly Ng will play Suki.
- Aurora Li is fascinated with playing online computer games. She and a group of gaming fanatics are gaming at a cyber café, later entering a second world.
- Thomas Ng and a group of gaming friends enter a virtual world while playing a video game, and a lot of things happen.
- Irina Tang will play "A Fist Within Four Walls"' Fa Man (花曼).
- Tony Chui will play a security guard at Twilight Mansion.
- Enson Lau will play a patient with dementia.

Personal Note: Everything being kept under wraps, though Selena did reveal that this installment has a slight connection to the first one and that she and Joel are playing brand new characters.
