- The series uses the development of Hong Kong International Airport as its background. The plot revolves around the daily happenings within and outside of the restricted areas, showcasing the diverse nature of the airport through the daily lives of professionals in various roles. The series will not only film at more secret locations within the airport that are not publicly accessible, but will also talk about the connection and operations between Hong Kong Airport and the Greater Bay Area; thus, there will also be filming in Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
- This time, the focus is on a group of young employees who have just arrived at the airport or have been working for a few years. The story will talk about their daily work, the problems that they encounter, and how their superiors, like Kenneth Ma, guide them. At the same time, the young people also have their own ideas, influencing the perspectives of their seniors. The two influence each other, bringing professionalism to their work.
- The series is about how a group of people at the Airport Authority deals with crises to make the airport operate smoothly. In this installment, the emotional storylines are not really the focus, as it mainly talks about the things that are encountered at work.
- Kenneth has been promoted to being the general manager of the airport terminal and customer experience; it is a very high position. Chow Ka Lok is his apprentice. The plot will explain the whereabouts of Sisley Choi's character. Sisley will often get mentioned; she is still there, and they still have a connection.
- Samantha Ko continues to be an airport passenger services manager who is still using a professional and attentive attitude to provide the best quality service. As it was before, she has a subtle and heartwarming romantic storyline with Tony Hung. She and Tony become separated by distance, as she gets transferred to the Greater Bay Area, putting their relationship to the test.
- Tiffany Lau is no longer a flight attendant; she has to changed to being the manager of Harbour Airline at the airport. There is a scene where she has to handle inquiries from passengers of different nationalities, responding in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Korean at the same time.
- Chow Ka Lok will play Ching Yat Fei (程日飛), a management trainee (MT). He is Kenneth's apprentice. He will pursue Tiffany. He and Kenneth fight over Tiffany.
- Brian Chu goes to teach at the Aviation Academy. Rosita Kwok is his subordinate.
- Rosita has changed to a cadet pilot who follows Brian. She will film in a simulation cockpit. She has a subtle romantic storyline with Ricco Ng.
- Ricco officially works on the airport apron.
- Joey Thye has been promoted to being a ground crew manager. Michelle Tsang is her superior.
- Tony continues to be the head security officer of airport security, maintaining airport safety.
- Yumi Chung will play Yip Shu Yan (葉舒恩), an MT in customer service. Samantha is her superior. As a trainee, she has to train at different departments; apart from customer service, she also goes to the airport apron to train.
- Aska Cheung will play Che Sing Hin (車成軒). At first, he is an aviation security officer who follows Tony. Later, he goes to the Contingency Response Unit (CRU). He is a former boy band member. He has a crush on Joey.
- Ellyn Ngai will play Jessica, a ground crew. Tiffany is her superior.
- Krysella will guest-star as a passenger.
