TVB announced that, starting from January 2018, ratings will have a new calculation method. In response to viewers' lifestyle changes, with the habits of watching TV not only being dependent on the TV, as different media, such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, set-top boxes, etc. being used, TVB is changing its old ratings calculation method to the '7-day cross-platform consolidated ratings'. The new calculation method will be able to show the consolidated ratings of programmes more accurately. The '7-day cross-platform consolidated ratings' calculation method includes daily TV ratings, myTV SUPER live ratings, and myTV SUPER seven-day viewing ratings.

TVB announced the '7-day cross-platform consolidated ratings' from January 1st to January 7th. For the ratings of the three prime time series, "Lo and Behold" had 23.5 points, "My Ages Apart" had 26.1 points, and "Heart and Greed" had 25 points.
