These pictures are from TVB Weekly, issue 320 (July 15, 2003). Melissa was about to film her big dance scene in "Riches and Stitches". Flora and Jessica transformed into little fans as they jumped sets to watch her big performance and to give her support. Flora was filming "Hard Fate", while Jessica was filming "Lady Fan".
FYI: It only took Melissa thirty minutes to 'master' the dance steps for that scene. That is because Melissa has training in Chinese dance and in modern jazz.

Below are some Ming Pao Weekly clippings/pictures of Melissa and Kenny Wong from "A Kindred Spirit" in 1999.
This was from the ending special of "A Kindred Spirit". Kenny's hair was different here than the wedding. I really enjoyed their storyline in the series.
Clips:
Melissa Ng Singing "La Femme Desperado" Sub Song
Melissa Ng + Sharon Chan = Sunny Chan's "Love & Cheese"
Personal Note: I'm such a dork because I have like a billion clippings of artistes from various magazines. There should be plenty more clippings of siu sangs and fa dans coming.
i remember i saw her first time when i was around 4, cant recall that series, but she was with Gallen and sister of Nick.
ReplyDeleteanyway, really like her, maybe not many TVB actresses give me sophisticated feeling like Melissa
That would be "Secret of the Heart." That series was from 1998. I really liked her playing Jo.
ReplyDeletewhat was the storyline of melissa and kenny? how were they related to the Cha Siu Ping family? i only watched kindred spirit up to half i think and i cant recall seeing Melissa or Kenny at all.
ReplyDeletethx for these clippings, I love Melissa and totally miss her in TVB
Melissa is a doctor that works with Lap Sun (Marco Lo) and Kenny is Louise Lee Sei Kei's younger brother (same father different mother).
ReplyDeleteMichael Tse played Melissa's younger brother, even though Michael is older than she is.
