The storyline is basically very similar because whatever did well in HOG, the writers just exaggerated it. For instance, family arguing scenes, Susanna Kwan and Tavia Yeung will have a fight scene in the series. The writers increased the screen time of characters that were successful in HOG. Tavia is now in the family, playing Ha Yu and Louisa Lee Sei Kei's adopted daughter. Raymond Lam is Ha Yu and Louisa's son, who will be involved in a love triangle with Linda Chung and Bosco Wong. Linda's character will be similar to her character Seung Joi Sam, but she will be crying more in this series. With the increase of screen time for successful characters, comes the demotion of screen time for unsuccessful characters. For Bosco Wong, who did a poor job in portraying the character, he has been taken out of the family and will only play Linda's love interest.
I am very much looking for to Tavia and Moses. For Moses' character description, his character seems to have a lot of 深度 and 發揮. Again, check out the site to read more.
