- The story begins with guest star Shaun Tam, who plays a boxer, while Wayne Lai is his coach. In a boxing match, because of Wayne's guidance error, Shaun becomes seriously injured. Later, in a beating incident, due to his injuries and not being able to fight back, Shaun is beaten to death. Owen Cheung plays Shaun's younger brother. When he learns that his elder brother's death was related to Wayne, he has a dispute with him. Because of the dispute, Owen goes to prison. Ten years later, Wayne becomes a boxing legend with multiple fitness chains, while Owen, who has just been released from prison, is a general labourer who does everything. In order to seek justice for his elder brother, Owen decides to go from being a newcomer who does not know about Muay Thai to fighting for a position in the boxing world, challenging the boxing giant.
- Wayne will play Sek Ngo San (石傲山), a former Muay Thai boxing king. He is a thoughtful and provident formidable person. He gets mistaken by Owen as having caused the death of his elder brother, Shaun, so he finds him to get revenge. He gets entangled among Elaine Yiu and Winki Lai; there is a subtle relationship, but he does not have intimate scenes with the two of them. He and Elaine have an ambiguous relationship, as he fantasizes about her, but her husband is dead; they are between liking and not liking. Winki is his confidant. He only has two boxing matches.
- Owen will play Hoi Ching Lam (海正藍), a boxer. He is mature, steady, and knows how to endure humiliation. He has a grudge with Wayne, so he constantly goes to the boxing gym to challenge him. He and Jacky Cai are a couple. He fights the most in the series.
- Shaun will guest-star as Owen's elder brother for a little over an episode. He constantly appears in Owen's imagination.
- Elaine will play Anson Lui Kin (雷堅), a career woman who finds a foothold in the boxing world. She goes to learn boxing. She and Wayne are friends and rivals; he unknowingly falls for her, but he got the wrong idea. Wayne fantasizes about her; they use their eyes to explain, but there is no development.
- Jacky will play Kong Ka Ching (江家晴), a capricious rich girl. She and Brian Chu are good friends. She, Owen, and Brian Chu have a triangular relationship.
- Hugo Wong will play a lower class boxing king. He is a master who trains Owen, who has never boxed before, into a boxing king.
- Brian Chu will play Sek Chi Chung (石子聰), Wayne's son. He has to box. He is mainly fighting with Owen. There is scene where he and Owen have to fight on a lei tai. There is a romantic storyline among him, Jacky, and Owen.
- Winki will play Wayne's confidant. She, Wayne, and Elaine will have a complicated romantic entanglement.
- Jack Hui and Aurora Li have a romantic storyline.
- Kinlas Chan will play Yeung Seung Chun (陽尚進).
- Leo Kwan will play Tin Ko Wai (田高偉).
- Aurora will play one of the members of the boxing gym. The boxing gym only has two females.
- William Chak will play 「Ben少」, a rich second generation.
- Helena Law will play the paternal grandmother of Shaun and Owen.
- Snow Suen will guest-star as a pretty girl who gets deceived by someone.
- Brian Wong will play a boxing referee.
- Momo Wu will play Wayne's secretary.
- Joan Lee will play Tong Si Yu (唐思妤).
- Ka Chun will play Jason Ching Tai Bong (程大邦).
- Carisa Yan will play Hui Wai Ting (許慧婷).
- Kelvin Chan will play Kam Sai Muk (廿世木). He sells beer.
- Irina Tang will play William's girfriend.
- Eileen Yeow will play an audience member.

Has a Consensus with Roxanne Tong on Marriage, Kenneth Ma Discusses Baby Experience with Kevin Cheng

Kenneth Ma has been busy filming "Paediatricians", collaborating with a group of actors who are already parents, including Kevin Cheng, Him Law, and Linda Chung. He laughingly said that he had just completed "BB on Top" earlier, and his elder sister also has children. When working, he is also able to chime in and talk about his baby experience. Asking about his stable relationship with Roxanne Tong, does he hope to get married and have children as soon as possible? He said, "Have not thought about it that fast, but we also have a consensus on going toward this direction. As for having children, leaving it to fate. I also like children. Would also not be disappointed if there are none". He also said that, because his elder sister already has children, the pressure for his mom to have grandchildren is greatly reduced.

After winning 'TV King' last year, Kenneth's love life and work have been smooth sailing. He continues to have a Zen attitude toward the future. Reveals Adding Intimate Scenes

Mentioning that he has continued playing a 'down-to-earth' character in the TVB series "Go! Go! Go! Operation C9", playing a vegetable vendor convincingly, he said, "I like being down-to-earth grassroots characters. It is comfortable when working. The clothes, hair, and makeup don't have to be too neat. The petty bourgeois character is also very similar to me. When viewers watch it, there is a sense of cordiality". In the series, he and Samantha Ko acted as husband and wife for the first time, which was very fresh. He revealed that there were some intimate parts that had to be added to tune in with the plot: "The intimate scenes were not considered as being too many. We also discussed it professionally. There were some parts that were necessary, so added it. If it was not necessary, then omitted it; thus, may not have followed the script fully. The actors also have to make choices. If the females are not awkward when filming these scenes, then the males would also not be awkward". He also said that there is no need to report to Roxanne when filming intimate scenes because everyone is a professional actor.

Artiste Linda Chung shot the MV for 《好好珍惜自己》, the theme song of the series "Paediatricians" today. The boss of Voice Entertainment, Herman Ho, also visited the set. Linda revealed that the last time she sang the theme song of a series was already six or seven years ago. This time, she is very happy to take part in filming a series and singing a theme song: "I wrote the song in Vancouver half a year ago. Did not think of it becoming a theme song. I am taking part in filming this series...know the ins and outs. Think that the song is very suitable; it is a perfect match. The song was composed by me. I only wrote two phrases. Later gave it to a lyricist to write it. I spent two hours talking to him or her about what I wanted to express. He or she beautifed and elevated the words. I also cried after listening to it. I let my friends listen to it; they also cried and got goosebumps while listening to it. My husband and children also listened to it; they said that they are proud of me. (Did you cry during the recording?) No, because I already listened to it many times, but I would listen to this song before shooting certain scenes...would make me more immersed in the shoot".

In addition, Linda, who specially returned to Hong Kong from Vancouver to film the series, revealed that she has already stayed in Hong Kong for three months, and there are still 36 days of scenes. She frankly said, "Really miss my kids. It's more difficult than I had imagined. Considered the longest time I have been away from the kids. Previously thought that, two months after coming to Hong Kong and settling down, the kids would fly over; however, not long after I finished my quarantine, there was another outbreak in Hong Kong, so it disrupted my plans. Don't know what to do now. If the kids were to come, I would be staying longer; otherwise, I will fly back to Vancouver immediately after completing the filming of the series. I have already packed all of my luggage. (Do your kids miss you a lot?) I am worried about my daughter the most. My son is still young; he is not as reluctant to part with me. My daughter would say that she misses me and tells me come home quickly, but they have a lot of people who adore them in Vancouver; it is not too tough when missing me. Instead, I am alone in Hong Kong, so I miss them even more. It is also very hard on my husband...has to play two roles". After having this experience, would she still be willing to return to Hong Kong to film a series next time? Linda frankly said that she does not really dare to do so: "Thus, don't know, but this may be my last series. May film again in ten years. Because, when [I] go to film a series, [I] am gone for such a long time; my heart doesn't know what to do. As a mom, it is very difficult to pull away. If I were to film again, have to consider it carefully. In short, treating it as the last series...doing my best. My family greatly supports me working...don't want to disappoint them".
