After it was exposed in April that artiste Jacqueline Wong was cheating on boyfriend Kenneth Ma with married man Andy Hui, all of Jacqueline's work came to a halt, and she has been blasted by netizens; in the end, she ran away to the US. After the incident, Kenneth spoke out to protect Jacqueline but has always avoided discussing whether they had broken up.

Does Not Mind Collaborating

Kenneth accepted on.cc's exclusive interview. Mentioning the status of his love life, he described it as okay and quite good. Did he contact Jacqueline? He took the initiative to classify her as a 'friend': "Can only say that we are friends regardless. We are friends. I feel that everyone's reaction toward this matter is slightly excessive. It is very difficult to say who is right or wrong in love. Everyone does not need to have such a big reaction. Do not need to attack her. In addition, she also acknowledges her mistakes. Who hasn't made mistakes before? (Forgive her?) I also said it before. I was mad, but it was only a very short period of time. Afterward, was more worried. Hope that everyone does not need to have such a big reaction afterward. Actually, can give [her] a chance. (Collaborate with her again?) Okay! I do not mind. I also said that [we] are friends regardless. It's not as though she is an enemy who killed my father. No need to magnify relationship matters. (Which means the relationship has already changed?) Friends! Certainly not enemies. (It was previously rumoured that you would be going to the US to find her?) It was just written by reporters! (Did your mom worry about you?) No. There is nothing wrong!" He said that his mother has never rushed him to get married and also respects his choices.

In addition, mentioning the successful ratings of his starring series "Big White Duel", Kenneth believes that the ratings will be even higher heading into the finale week; there is a big chance of surpassing 30 points: "The series is a breakthrough because TVB series in the past rarely involved politics. In addition, the entire series is very delicate; there are no home scenes, and it does not stir up emotions in a deliberate manner. The good results are due to the efforts of the entire team". He admitted that the character 'Tong Ming' is one of the most difficult in his acting career: "Because the character doesn't have many emotional ups and downs, it was really difficult to perform in a way that was enjoyable to watch. It was a really big challenge". [He] also said [he] has always wanted to challenge villain roles. When [he] initially received the script, [he] previously asked producer Marco Law whether [he] could portray Roger Kwok's character, 'YT': "'YT' is both good and evil...very three-dimensional, but the producer convinced me to be 'Tong Ming' in the end".

Wants to Portray Intimate Gay Scenes

Apart from villain roles, he is also interested in 'hehe' characters: "I want to film 'hehe'. Want to film a really serious 'hehe' that is not comedic. Don't know if the company dares to or not. Would not be awkward filming intimate scenes with guys because there is no worry about the issue of taking advantage of the other person". In "Big", Kenneth is caught between Natalie Tong and Ali Lee. He said that there has never been a similar situation in real life. Has never experienced a love triangle. [He] laughingly said that, if there were two such perfect females for him to choose in real life, he would also not know how to choose; it is a blissful worry.
