- Alice will play Sui Wai Ming (水慧明), the head of forensic science. She is a domineering character. She has strong analytical skills, and is serious, confident, competent, bold, fashionable, and charming. She has a romantic storyline with Savio Tsang, and she will later have relations with Shaun. She and Akina Hong are good friends and romantic rivals; they have a falling out after fighting over Timothy Cheng. She is also called 「Queen姐」.
- Shaun will play 'King Sir', a cop. He is Jacqueline's landlord.
- Jacqueline will play Chris Tsui Yi (徐意), a reporter. She is very righteous; she treats herself as a cop. She appears to be a happy person, but she has a rather dark background within. She feels guilty toward Raymond.
- Rebecca will play Ko Ching (高靖), a Sergeant who is the best fighter in the team. She and Raymond are siblings who rely on each other.
- Yumiko will play Monique, a professional sommelier. She and Alice are good friends.
- Fred Cheng will play Charm Ting (湛霆), a scientific evidence officer. He is interested in Rebecca. He and Jacqueline live in the same house.
- Cheung Wing Hong will play an Internet celebrity.
- Akina will play a clerk with an introverted personality. She only has one bestie, Alice. Alice has a boyfriend, Timothy, who frequently helps Akina, but this passion leads to Akina developing an admiration for Timothy; thus, this hidden love becomes a love triangle.
- Helena Law and Susan Tse live in an old folks home.
- Susan will play a clever maid. She treats her boss' family as her own family.
- Lee Yee Man will play the boss of a public relations company. She always yells at her mother, Helena.
- Pinky Cheung will guest-star as Suk Man (淑敏), Michelle's assistant, in the first case.
- Gabriel Harrison will play Si Kin Yin, an acoustic fingerprinting expert. He has a romance with Selena. He should be in a case.
- Sharon Luk interrogates criminals.
- Wiyona will play Tong Sam Yuet (唐心悅), a constable in the Major Crimes Unit.
- Fei will play Mok King Chiu (莫敬超), a cop in the Major Crimes Unit.
- Bond Chan will play Lai Chun Yu (黎俊宇).
- Alan will play 「野豬大佬」.
- Andy Lin will play Wong Sing Hong (黃誠康).
- Eva Lai is in a case where she plays a single mother with a rough life experience.
- Yeung Chiu Hoi will play 「浩仔」, a middle-aged man with the mental capacity of a six-year-old. He is Eva's son. He has When he was younger, his mother sent him to live in China. Later, Raymond gets him to come back to reunite with his mother, later realizing that he may not be his mother's son.
- Keith Mok will play Mok Siu Wah (莫少華).
- Ka Chun will play Lung Lung Yiu Chung (龍耀中), Patrick's son. He has countless ties with Michelle. He is the lead in the first case.
- Sharon Chan will play Lam Ka Mei, a psychologist.
- Kelly Cheung will play Ma On Mei, a flight attendant and model. She is a murder suspect. She has scenes with Raymond and Rebecca. She is in the final case.
- Ku Ming Wah will play an editor-in-chief.
- Tong Chun Ming will play Chan Ho Yin (陳浩賢), a senior constable.
