- The series wants to talk about the relationship between people and dogs. It will talk about how 「巴打」 grows up and the process of becoming a police dog.
- Bosco Wong will play Lai Yat Chau (黎溢湫), a cop with a fiery temper a lack of discipline. He even collided with 「巴打」 before. Afterward, 「巴打」 joins the police dog team, and Bosco's superior, Rebecca Chan, hopes to cultivate his discipline by transferring him to train with the police dogs; they will go from being old enemies to partners with excellent collaboration. Because he has held the post as the father ever since he was young, he worries about the everything of his three younger sisters (Kayi Cheung, Tracy Chu, and Angel Chiang). His second younger sister, Tracy, and good friend Raymond Wong date; because he knows that Raymond is a good man, he is extremely at ease. His youngest sister, Angel, got married to Oscar Leung early; Bosco did not know that his brother-in-law is actually Linda Chung's younger brother, and that his superior, Rebecca, is the mother of Linda and his brother-in-law. He and Linda are a couple. He is also called 「火水Sir」.
- Linda will play a veterinarian. She is very cool. She is highly educated and has a high IQ. She is arrogant, and does not let others kiss her. She speaks to Bosco with disdain. There is a scene where Bosco almost kisses her, but then she pushes him to the ground. She will become the catalyst to Bosco and 「巴打」 being on good terms. Afterward, 「巴打」 becomes a matchmaker for the two of them.
- Raymond will play Fai Chung Lim (費頌廉), a cop whose family owns a fast food restaurant chain. He and Bosco are good friends. He and Tracy are a couple. He is also called 「費柴Sir」.
- Tracy will play Jill Lai Suk Chi (黎淑資), a salesperson. She is Hong Kong girl who is greedy for money and is rather realistic. At first, she is slightly unlikable. She always wants to make money because her family is poor. She always wants to persuade Raymond to be the owner's son instead of a cop. She is Bosco's younger sister.
- Angel will play Fanny Lai Suk Fan (黎淑芬). She and Oscar had a flash marriage and got pregnant.
- Rebecca will play a Chief Superintendent of Police.
- Oscar will play Ma Chi Chung (馬志沖), Linda's younger brother. Their sibling relationship is very poor; when he got married, he also did not notify Linda and mother Rebecca. He is also called 「肥馬」.
- Rebecca will play Bosco's superior. She is the mother of Linda and Oscar.
- Ku Ming Wah will play twin brothers. The elder one is a major drug lord, while the younger one is a gangster.
- Luk Wing will play a rich guy who likes science and cooking. He is Raymond's romantic rival. In the end, he gets bitten to death by a police dog.
- Jimmy Au will play a cop.
- Jess Sum will play Yuen Kwan (婉君).
