- The theme of the series is on the Miscellaneous Services Section.
- Ben Wong will play Ting Chi Mo (丁志摩), an Inspector of Police. He is also called 「大摩Sir」.
- Mandy Wong will play Lung Lai Sa (龍麗莎), a pregnant cop. She has to ride a motorcycle. She will run, chase after cars, and catch thieves while pregnant. She is a single mother; however, the father may not even be known by the final episode. She gives birth in the final episode. She is Ben's subordinate. She is hasty, while Ben is slow, so they are a bickering pair. She is also called 「Laser姐」.
- Jacqueline Wong will play Kuk Chi Ching (谷子晴), a passionate cop. She is ugly for a few episodes, and then she becomes pretty. She likes C Kwan. She has a romantic storyline with C Kwan. She is also called 「爆谷」.
- Lee Kwok Lun will play a cop on the verge of retirement.
- Arnold Kwok will play Lee Chun Kei (李俊基), a simple and honest member of Miscellaneous Enquiries (ME). He likes Jacqueline, and C Kwan also likes her, so C Kwan always makes snide remarks at him, but he does not feel it because he is so simple and honest.
- Amy Fan will play a clerk for the ME who uses her knowledge about crystals to help them predict the future. Although Mandy is stubborn and does not believe in a lot of things, they become rather good friends.
- Angel Chiang has a crush on Ben.
- Yoyo Chen will guest-star for three episodes as a character who has a smart appearance but a silly air on the inside. She becomes involved in an inheritance dispute case.
- Michael Wai will play a player.
- Andrew Yuen will play a big star who likes to pick up women.
- Mak Ka Lun will play a handsome plastic surgeon who give himself botox shots.
- Chun Kai Wai will play a high-ranked cop of the Major Crimes Unit. He and Ben have been friends since they were young, and they were both from the police academy, but Ben is better at solving cases, so he is mainly in opposition with Ben. He intentionally targets Ben's team.
- Joan Lee will play Chiu Suk Kwan (趙淑君), an ugly character. She is a case character.
- Hebe Chan will play Chung Yau Yau (鍾悠悠), Mandy's cousin.
- Angelina Lo will play KK Cheung's ex-girlfriend.
- Rocky Cheng will play a thief.
- Joan Lee will play a mentally abnormal girl who has been disfigured. She is an important figure in one of the cases.
- Helen Tam will play a garbage collector.
