- There will be location filming in England and Thailand.
- The series talks about a band of evil people behind serious international crimes infiltrating Hong Kong. Michael Miu, the team leader of the Hong Kong Police Force's Special Duties Unit (SDU), is asked by the Commissioner to secretly set up the Special Task Force 'A Team'. The members include the team leader of operations (Bosco Wong), the team leader of investigations (Ron Ng), the team leader of intelligence (Kenneth Ma), et al. On the surface, 'A Team' belongs to the SDU, but it actually handles special cases in an unusual way to protect Hong Kong.
- Lee Pace will play Sam Colin, a British spy who has been sent to Hong Kong to find a missing scientist. In the end, he becomes a terrorist. He is a villain who is both good and evil. He has the most scenes with Bosco and Kelly Cheung. He is also called 'Agent S'.
- Michael Miu will play Lok Ka Sing (駱家成), the Chief Commander of the Special Task Force. He has a subtle romantic storyline with Yoyo Mung.
- Bosco will play Wong Kwok Tung (汪國棟), a spy from England. Lee is his good friend in England.
- Ron will play Cheung Man Lung (章文龍). He asks a lot of questions, and he does not smile much, so he is rather cool. He is a person who is rather serious about everything. A lot of the times, he would ask Bosco, "Hey, where are you coming back from?" He asks many trivial questions to satisfy his thirst for knowledge. He, Bosco, and Michael Miu are cops from different departments, but they will investigate cases together. He gets entangled among Jennifer Yu and Jacky Cai, but the series is male-oriented.
- Kenneth will play Ting Ho Yin (丁浩然), a member of the Criminal Intelligence Bureau (CIB) who is responsible for crossing the boundaries. He is a cop who does not resemble a cop. He has a big belly and is not very physically fit. He is a family man and is scared of his wife.
- Oscar Leung will play Tong Wing Fei (唐永飛), who is both good and evil, but he is humane. He has a romantic storyline with Jennifer.
- Michael Wong will play Po Long (布朗), a team leader in the SDU.
- Joel Chan will play the evil person behind the scenes.
- Lawrence Ng will play Poon Hok Wing (潘學榮), the Commissioner of Police. He is Michael Miu's superior. Eighty to 90 percent of his scenes are with Michael Miu.
- Yoyo will play Au Yeung Man Yi (歐陽敏儀), a fashion designer who returned from the US. She is the pretty boss lady of a boutique. She has more scenes with Michael Miu; they have a tragic romance.
- Kelly will play Yau Ho Yuet (邱皓月), a spy from England. She and Bosco are Lee's subordinates; they are a pair. She is also called 'Agent J'.
- Jennifer will play Yiu Ka Nam (姚嘉楠), a team leader in the Identification Bureau (IB). She, Oscar, and Ron are involved in a love triangle.
- Christine Kuo will play Yan Ting (殷婷), Kenneth's wife; they have a six-year-old daughter. She is rather feisty and bitchy. She treats her friends well but is particularly mean to her husband; however, she actually loves her husband a lot, but she does not know to how express it.
- Jacky will play Mo Yat Man (毛逸敏), a computer expert in the CIB. She is a professional at work, but she is usually cute and cheerful.
- John Chiang will play Bosco's father.
- Poon Chi Man will play the Director of the Security Bureau (SB).
- Timothy Cheng will play the Deputy Director of the SB.
- Strawberry Yeung goes from being a member of the IB to the SDU.
- Cindy Lee will play a member of the SDU.
- Leo Lee will play a member of the SDU.
- Evergreen Mak will play Wan Hoi (溫海), an antagonist.
- James Ng will play Bosco's smart godbrother.
- Zoie Tam will play an assassin. She is an antagonist.
- Eva Lai is very tough. She does not have a romantic storyline.
- Cecilia Fong will play Bosco's mother. She has been diagnosed with cancer. She is a normal housewife and a good mother. John is her husband.
- Tiffany Choi will play Kenneth's subordinate.
- Liza Wang will guest-star as the Chief Executive.

Ron Ng attended a beauty brand event. Earlier, the picture of 'The Young Four Constables', him, Kenneth Ma, Raymond Lam, and Sammul Chan, together after ten years became the focus of the whole city. "The Four" Reunites to Celebrate Golden Producer Poon Ka Tak's 70th Birthday

Last night, TVB golden producer Poon Ka Tak held a 70th birthday and retirement banquet. There were 35 tables, and the gifts were donated to charity. Poon has produced many popular series, including "Triumph in the Skies", "The Hippocratic Crush", the "Detective Investigation Files" series, "Untraceable Evidence", etc. He gave newcomers an opportunity to perform, making many siu sangs and fa dans popular. Last night, former and current TVB siu sangs and fa dans, including Louis Koo, Jessica Hsuan, Raymond Lam, Ron Ng, Kenneth Ma, Liza Wang, Myolie Wu, Hacken Lee, Sammul Chan, Edmond Leung, Michael Tse, Tavia Yeung, Him Law, Jason Chan and wife Sarah Song, et al., as well as Poon's classmates from the TVB's 4th Training Class, Johnnie To, Samson Lai, et al., were in attendance. Surrounded by many stars, the lineup was stronger than the anniversary.

Louis Koo Arrives to Celebration with Jessica Hsuan

Louis and Jessica collaborated in Poon's 1999 production "Detective IV". In the series, because of Anne Heung, Louis was unable to become a pair with Jessica in the end. Last night, when Poon was on stage, he humourously pulled the two up to personally explain. Poon said, "He (Louis) asked me why I had to break the two of them apart. The plot had to be like that. Although that Anne was not pretty, she became crippled because of you...certainly needed you to take care of her for life, right?" Laughter burst out on and off the stage. Jessica expressed that she collaborated with Poon many times; the most memorable was "Detective IV"; back then, she became TV queen because of this series. She said that Poon is willing to use newcomers and is easygoing and straightforward toward people. She laughingly said, "He said that my mouth was too big, and that I should not open my mouth so wide when I laugh. He speaks very straightforwardly".

Tavia Yeung Sticks to Kenneth Ma, Him Law Pretends to Be Jealous

Tavia and husband Him went to the celebration together. "Hippocratic" is the work that brought them together, the two developing a romance and then becoming a married couple. Tavia calls Poon 'Dad'; their collaborations have a lot of unforgettable memories. Him said that "Hippocratic" brought him an award and a good wife. Tavia was even more grateful that, when she was a newcomer back then, she was given an opportunity by him to film "Eternal Happiness". In "Hippocratic", Tavia and Kenneth are actually a pair; last night, when the three were at the same place, Tavia took pictures with Kenneth, and Him pretended to be jealous, commenting, "You guys act as if there was no one else present; how can I endure this".

At the banquet, apart from the gathering of the "Street Fighters" combination, Hacken and Edmond, there was also 2008's "The Four", Raymond, Kenneth, Ron, and Sammul. Although this series was not produced by Poon, it was a rare occasion for them to be in the same place and to take pictures with each other. Raymond also shared a picture to reminisce with fans.

Personal Note: Wow...'The Young Four Constables' actually reunited, and Sammul revealed that Myolie was the one who suggested that Raymond sit down for the picture that Sammul posted in his video! :D

The "Scoop" footage incorrectly listed "The Four" as a Poon Ka Tak production.... o_O

Kenneth Ma attended a mall event today. He and Mayanne Mak acted out a short drama, creating a lot of laughter. Regarding TVB experiencing a wave of layoffs recently, Kenneth expressed, "A bit unfortunate, but this is a high-level decision. We also cannot say anything. Hope that it does not happen again. I also know some of the employees who have been laid off. Some people have been transferred to other departments. May collaborate again in many aspects in the future. There is a lot of demand out there; many productions need talent".

Regarding "Flying Tiger 2" officially filming, Kenneth revealed that he will be portraying a police officer in the Criminal Intelligence Bureau. When asked whether he would have an opportunity to collaborate with Hollywood actor Lee Pace, he said, "Looking at the script, it has not been seen for the time being. Mainly have scenes with Michael Miu, Ron Ng, and Bosco Wong. My wife in the series is Christine Kuo. Perhaps the company knows that I like married women; I can appreciate it with my eyes!"

Artistes Louis Koo and Jessica Hsuan both attended an event. When it was mentioned that the 21st is Louis' birthday, he revealed that, on the day of his birthday, he would definitely be having dinner and cutting cake to celebrate with his family at home, and he laughingly said, "Would cut cake every year, and then take an expressionless family photo...has been like this since being handheld when I was young to now. Would automatically be expressionless once we take our positions". After saying this, he immediately laughed himself to tears. He continued, "My mom would cook the foods that I like every year. Had Hot Pot Alone

Louis expressed that he would be celebrating with his friends before and after his birthday, but Jessica expressed that she would not be in Hong Kong during that time, so she would not be able to celebrate his birthday with him: "I am going on a vacation. It's like that when you are so late in asking". She said that she gave Louis a gift last year, and even asked Louis if he remembered. Louis laughingly said, "If I had to remember everyone's gift, wouldn't I be very busy? However, I remember you giving me a stove...very pretty. I used it once...had hot pot alone because, that time, [I] treated everyone after filming, and there were a lot of leftovers. I packed it home and had hot pot". Jessica immediately laughingly said that she would give Louis a pot this year: "Give an expressionless pot to you, and stick your face on it".

Happy to See Newcomers Joining the Industry

In addition, regarding the government allocating one billion to the film industry, Louis said that, in recent years, the film industry has had the addition of newcomers joining the industry, whether they are in front of camera or behind the scenes: "Especially behind the scenes, such as for lighting, which is so labourious, but there are also girls joining the industry. Actually, many people want to take part, but there is no way of doing it. It is a good thing that the government is willing to provide financial aid and encouragement. - This new installment's characters and character relationships are not related to the previous installment. The script has more drama and romantic storylines.
- Lee Pace will play an American villain. He has scenes with Michael, Kenneth, and the female leads, but he has the most scenes with Bosco because Bosco will also be going to England to film.
- Bosco will play a spy from England.
- Ron has been requested by the director to keep a 'chok' face: "There are case investigations in the plot this time".
- Kenneth will play a member of the Criminal Intelligence Bureau (CIB) who is responsible for crossing the boundaries: "Have to act it out such that it does not resemble a cop". Christine Kuo is his wife.
- Kelly will play a spy from England. She and Bosco are Lee's subordinates; they are a pair.
- Jennifer will play a member of the Identification Bureau (IB). She, Oscar, and Ron are involved in a love triangle.

Personal Note: The series is supposed to be about the SDU, but there is no mention of anyone playing an SDU....

Spending so much money on inviting a Hollywood star when there should be more investment in a stronger script....
