It is known that Philip [Keung] will take the lead in a realistic series with the real estate market as its subject matter, once again charging toward the road to becoming a 'TV King', and working with good actors Nina Paw and Elena Kong.
When Nina was interviewed, she was very excited, but she made it clear that she had not been notified of the details, so she chould not reveal more.
This time, Philip is leading the series titled "Low-Class First-Time Homebuyers", which is scheduled to start filming in March to April and has initially been set to be 15 episodes. In the series, he, who plays a real estate agent, gets cheated out of his starter home by his fiancée, which makes him determined to save up money again to buy real estate. A regular client introduces his daughter to act as his assistant; as a result, Philip persuades her to have a fake marriage and enter an HOS draw. Due to issues of saving on rent, getting evicted, and so on, it becomes a 'real cohabitation'.
Philip Keung Admits to Having Already Received the Script
Elena replied that she has not received a notice yet but is also looking forward to the collaboration. As for Philip, he expressed that he has already received the script and really likes the character in the series. He said that he had already worked with the scriptwriter and the director in the series "Murder Diary"; they collaborated very happily and would consider accepting to film it. It now depends on how the pandemic goes. When will work start? "I have worked with Elena and Nina many times; it's just that [we] have not collaborated much in recent years. Look forward to having an opportunity to collaborate, and also hope that the pandemic passes soon and everyone returns to a normal life and work".

Ruco Chan Is Happy for His Partner, Does Not Mind Reshoots

'TV King' Ruco Chan and Roxanne Tong are currently doing studio filming for the TVB series "Hidden Door". Due to the severity of the pandemic, producer Amy Wong halted outdoor filming earlier. Regarding Mandy Wong's sudden departure from the series crew to film a series in Mainland, and she will not be able to return to Hong Kong until June to reshoot her scenes, Ruco was asked whether he would be affected. He said, "Would certainly be affected, but I think that this effect is an extremely good one. In the face of the pandemic, everyone's work has also been put on hold. Have to look at the script again when [we] film again in June, but I know that Mandy or other colleagues have gone to Mainland for work. Very happy for them because everyone is so capable. The company is like an elite school that has come out with a lot of students of excellent quality. The company has a new atmosphere now. Eric [Tsang] is using his ability to bring everyone more opportunities; this is to his credit. I know that I have the opportunity of going to Mainland in the near future; many colleagues also have the opportunity. After going, able to bring more elements back to the company so that those before the screen and behind the scenes will improve". Producer Amy expressed that Mandy's scenes are already more-or-less filmed. Only outdoor swimming pool and school scenes are left. Bosco Wong Complains About Not Being as Lucky in Love as His Partner in New Series, Ron Ng Thinks That Having Many Females Damages His Image

Bosco Wong and Ron Ng appeared today to promote the new series "Flying Tiger 3". The two brothers are collaborating for the third time. Bosco complained about Virginia Lok favouring Ron again, arranging two partners for him, while he only had Jeannie Chan. Ron has romantic storylines with Sisley Choi and Elaine Yiu, laughingly saying that this arrangement really affects his image. Speaking about filming another sequel, the two said that it is difficult to surpass this time because there were too many big scenes; however, having to work under the pandemic this time, there were actually many arrangements that were not realized. Bosco said, "It was originally discussed that [we] would be going to Malaysia for location filming. There were a lot of arrangements. Hope that, if there is a fourth installment, that they can be used". Ron was also in agreement, hoping to bring freshness to everyone. Mentioning that the producer, Virginia, hopes for the fourth installment to meet with everyone at the end of next year, the two both expressed that they did not know about it. Asked if the two brothers were not included, Ron laughingly said, "Well, it could also be so. It is a great suggestion because having one Michael Miu can also hold the fort. Can have him shoot a prequel first. Believe that it would be great to watch".
Mentioning the matter of [his] recent eye injury, Bosco said that his eyes were sore, swollen, and watery that day. [During] the pandemic and it being a Sunday, [he] was fortunate to have found a doctor, discovering that it was an eyelid cyst. After taking medicine, the swelling already disappeared, and there was no need for surgery. Asking how they spent the Lunar New Year, the two expressed that they stayed at home. Ron said that many of his relatives and friends have already immigrated, so there were only two or three days when someone came pay a New Year visit. Asked whether he had been urged to marry, he said that [they] would not take about these things; his family would let him run his own course.

- To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, TVB will produce two series about the return in 2022, one of which is a five-episode series with five independent stories (each episode is an hour-long episode), and the other is the 15-episode series 《回歸》. 《曙光》 is one of the five stories, and it is also the prequel to "Return".
- 《回歸》 and 《曙光》 are a continuation story about how a family in two different places and has been separated for 25 years, having gone through major and minor difficulties and many ups and downs in these years, goes from separation to the return to communion and develops their future together. The story of a family of four links the 25 years of experiences of Hong Kong's return, evoking various collective memories of Hong Kong people.
- Originally, there were plans to go to Mainland for location filming but has unfortunately been affected by the pandemic. Now, filming will mainly be in Hong Kong. Lam Chi Wah hopes that they are able to go to Mainland to film some scenes, and he also hopes that the series can be completed in time for July 1st, before the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, as it would be best to accommodate the release with the anniversary date.
- The story starts 25 years ago and tells the story of the loving married couple Roger Kwok and Alice Chan getting impacted by the financial turmoil, which leads to conflicts in their relationship, and it ends in divorce. After the separation, the two live their own lives and have their own opportunities. Alice establishes a successful food and beverage kingdom in Mainland, while Roger stays in Hong Kong, running the old-fashioned restaurant 「粵德居」 with his employees. Twenty-five years later, Alice wants to open a restaurant branch in Hong Kong; unfortunately, the restaurant's trademark clashes with her ex-husband's store, so the two meet again in a lawsuit over the fight for the 「粵德居」 trademark.
- Roger will play Au Yiu Cho (區耀祖), the chef and owner of a small restaurant. He insists on cooking every dish himself. Alice develops their restaurant into a robot kitchen restaurant. He is tough on the outside but gentle on the inside. He has an extremely down-to-earth personality. He and Alice are a divorced couple that has experienced the vicissitudes of life; they separate after having their two sons, Ricco Ng and Chow Ka Lok. Alice takes their eldest son, Ricco, to Mainland, and has turned the 「粵德居」 brand into an enterprise, but she also wants to go back to develop in Hong Kong, so she has to fight him for the trademark. Later, they reconcile in a metaverse perspective through technology. He has particularly more crying scenes; the latter part of his performance basically requires him to cry unrestrainedly.
- Alice will play Tang Lai Kuen (鄧麗娟), the chairperson of the 「粵德居」 enterprise in Mainland. She and her husband, Roger, have already been separated for over 20 years; he has a 「粵德居」 restaurant in Hong Kong and has been taking care of their youngest son, Chow Ka Lok, while their eldest son, Ricco, followed her to Mainland. During this time, there was not much contact. She returns to get the 「粵德居」 trademark back, so she and Roger go to court.
- Matthew Ho and Hera Chan will play the younger versions of Roger's and Alice's characters respectively; they are also the leads of the story 《曙光》.
- Participants in the Greater Bay Area's entrepreneurship competition include Ricco's team (Joey Thye, Lai Siu Yip, Steven Suen, and Chow Pak Yan) and their rivals, Chow La Kok's team (Kayan Yau, Felix Lam, Erica Chan, and Niklas Lam).
- Ricco will play Au Ka Him (區家謙), the eldest son of Roger and Alice. He and Chow Ka Lok are brothers, but their relationship is not good; the two's vastly different growth environments cause great conflicts between the brothers. He lives with his mom in Mainland, and he returns from abroad. He is a youth whose life has been smooth thus far. He has his own start-up company. He is one of the mentors in the entrepreneurship competition.
- Chow Ka Lok will play Au Ka Kin (區家健), the youngest son of Roger and Alice. He lives in Hong Kong with his father, and has a relaxed and lively personality. He has a small computer store, but he has thoughts of expanding the company, so he takes part in an entrepreneurship competition. He and Ricco are brothers; they do not see each other all the time, so there is a barrier and a bit of discord between the two. Their participation in the Greater Bay Area's youth entrepreneurship competition leads to a lot of conflicts; during the competition, their brotherly relationship develops. He, Felix, and Niklas are good gaming buddies.
- Joey Thye will play Cheung Loi (張萊), a programmer. She is rather independent amd strives for self-improvement. She is good at and audacious in everything. She is a bit feisty. She is a reserved character. She is a hot-blooded youth with dreams; she hopes to do something with her strengths, leading her team members in heading toward this goal. She is a career woman. The entrepreneurial story has peers as its main focus. Her scenes are mainly with Chow Ka Lok; she can deride him, as she sees him as her competitor, and she has to attack him. She does not have a romantic storyline.
- Kayan will play On Yeuk Tung (安若彤), a vagrant girl. She and Ricco are a pair. In the beginning, she is a flight attendant, but she gets fired, so Ricco tells her to work for him, developing true feelings from having more contact with one another. Her romantic storyline resembles a pure love; she and Ricco are only on nodding terms, occasionally encountering one another at work. Later, she discovers her strengths and takes part in an entrepreneurship competition as a part of Chow Ka Lok's team.
- Niklas will play Chan Chi Ban (陳智斌). He, Chow Ka Lok, and Felix always game together at the computer store, and they end up in a gaming competition.
- Felix will play Kwan Tung Hoi (關東海), who leans toward being a homebody. He is rather arrogant, and his arrogance frequently causes troubles. He follows Chow Ka Lok.
- Erica Chan will play Ling Hau Yiu (凌巧瑤), the adopted daughter of Roger and Alice. Chow Ka Lok and Ricco are like her elder brothers. She is clever and lively and always plays pranks on her elder brothers.
- Tsui Wing will play Ma Chi To (馬志圖), a major stockholder of Mainland's 「粵德居」. He is an investor and is basically a businessman.
- Law Lok Lam will play Sung Bor (宋波).
- Bowie Wu will play 「謝老闆」.
- Bak Biu will play Lui Tin (雷天), the head chef of Hong Kong's 「粵德居」.
- Mark Ma will play Law Fung Nin (羅豐年), a chef. He is Roger's adopted son.
- Lee Sing Cheung will play Kam Chin Fai (甘展輝).
- Strawberry Yeung will play Yim Wai Mui (嚴惠梅).
- Man Yeung will play Sung Yan Biu (宋仁標).
- Vincent Cheung will play Chow Yat Ting (周一鼎).
- Steven will play Fong Yau Chun (方佑俊), who is rather arrogant. He is Joey's subordinate.
