The new series "The Radiant City", starring Julian Cheung and Ron Ng, who are collaborating after 12 years, has already started filming in Zhuhai. The plot of "Radiant" involves the resentment of the upper class. [Today], the series crew specially selected the Fragrant Hill Hotel, an area with luxury properties, as the location for outdoor scenes, and will later shift to Macau for location filming. Ron Ng Laughs at Himself for Having Nothing to Do, Raymond Lam Describes a Few People as 'Family'

The movie "Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In", directed by Soi Cheang and produced by Wilson Yip, held a celebrity friends showing tonight. The three actors in the movie, Raymond Lam, Tony Wu, and German Cheung, each called their friends to come to show their support. Among them, Raymond invited his group of TVB friends, Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, and Lin Xia Wei, to attend. When these old buddies were interviewed by the media, they even teased one another; the atmosphere was cordial.
When the four were interviewed by the media, Raymond was asked whether he was happy with so many friends supporting him. Raymond immediately made a correction: "What friends? These are family!" Artistes Raymond Lam and Ron Ng were guests today on the talk show "Mayanne Blah Blah Blah" hosted by Mayanne Mak. Raymond pointed out that he had worked with Mayanne in the series "Line Walker: Bull Fight". In addition, [he] and Ron were able to match their schedules, and also wanted to congratulate Mayanne for winning the award for 'Best Programme Host' earlier, so immediately agreed upon getting invited.
Raymond revealed that, this time, the theme of the programme is mainly talking about how his 25-year brotherhood with Ron has been maintained: "Actually, these 25 years, our onscreen collaborations are really not considered a lot, but we have a lot of contact in private. Asked if [he] is worried about being asked by Mayanne about his love matters, he laughingly said that it is not his first day in the industry, so [he] will not be easily tricked into talking: "If anyone asks, I will tell them to watch the news. Then [he] changed the topic and expressed that he has been working in different places recently and had just returned to Hong Kong from Malaysia. Ron Ng 'Returning to the Music Scene', Recording "Don't Blame Her 2"

Ron [Ng] was a guest at music talent Tang Chi Wai's concert earlier. The two sang a duet of 《別怪她》, which has been very popular for 18 years. Ron laughingly said, "I'm a singer! Have held many concerts recently!" It turns out that there was an implied meaning to these words. Ron will soon record a new song, the sequel to 《別怪她》. Ron Ng, Raymond Lam, and Bosco Wong Hope to Do a Variety Show Together

Artistes Miriam Yeung, Raymond Lam, Bosco Wong, Ron Ng, Bowie Lam, Flora Chan, Gigi Yim, Mike Tsang, Jinny Ng, Hubert Wu, et al. attended the blessing ceremony for "Memories Beyond Horizon - TVB OST Concert" and rehearsed for the concert. When Ron, Raymond, and Bosco were taking a group photo upon the request of the media, a minor incident occurred. Mainland female artiste Zhao Yingzi, who participated in the Mainland variety programme "Memories Beyond Horizon", suddenly walked up to the three people and joined the group photo, which made the three guys look stunned.
The three expressed that they have been in the industry for many years, but they have never filmed a series together; thus, it was rare for the three of them to talk all night in the hotel last night, thinking about how they can collaborate. Ron said, "It is very rare for the three of us to be able to sit together and talk. It was the first time. One was doing a mask, and one had his hair clipped...very uncouth!" Bosco pointed out that the three can show viewers their true colours: "But it's difficult to handle all of us together...often get out of control. Ha ha!" Raymond even laughingly said that the content may cross the boundaries and cannot be aired.
Ron and Raymond also took the opportunity to complain about Bosco not participating in the second season of "Call Me by Fire". Ron said, "Asked him to go, but he didn't, and said he had no room in his schedule and had to film. The shows have all been filmed by him". The three hope to get together every month in the future to find something to do, such as shooting commercials, doing variety shows, or shooting short clips to leave good memories for the three of them: "Can go film travel, and it can also be eating. Movie Director Helping TVB Out! Ron Ng and Joel Chan Increasing Workout to Be Strong PTUs

It is known that TVB will start filming a PTU-themed series at the end of June, with Chung Shu Kai, the executive producer of 'TVB New Wings', personally overseeing it. He revealed that, in order to make the series more cinematic, [they] have specially found Law Wing Cheong, the director of the movie "PTU", to assist in the shoot.
As for the cast, PTU certainly has to look for artistes with well-rounded acting skills and are physically fit to play the roles. It is known that the male leads have been decided to be Joel Chan, who has had a recent surge in popularity, is being pushed as this year's 'TV King', and is always very fit, along with Ron Ng, who has been mainly focusing on movies in recent years and can look the part and fight. In the series, they are playing PTU Sergeants, and there will be a lot of unexpected gunfights and big action scenes; it is definitely an extraordinary police series. When asked about the other candidates for the 'male elites', Chung Shu Kai frankly said, "We are still in the selection process. Want to find young actors who are cool, handsome, and muscular. Coming back this time, want to shoot a series with a strong cinematic feeling. This is also a future trend. Will later be looking for more movie directors and cinematographers to collaborate". Ron Ng Wecomes HANA to Drop By to Pick Up Supplies at Any Time, Puts Utmost Effort in the Air to Film "Flying Tiger 3"

Forty-two-year-old Ron Ng has a lot to work with as SDU member 'Ko Chi Lok' in the new series "Flying Tiger 3". He said that there were many memorable scenes. He recalled, "There was a scene in pursuit of a suspect. I jumped off the second floor of a parking lot onto the top of a lorry. Apart from having to get the right position, TVB's building floors are even particularly high...equivalent to the height of being at the fourth floor. That morning, finished makeup at seven o'clock. The martial arts director said that [I] had to jump off for the first shot. My reaction was, 'telling the truth or is it a joke?' The martial arts director said that there would be a body double, but added, 'But it comes out nicer if you film it yourself!' If it's like that, should I do it or not? As for the other scene, climbed a construction crane that was ten-plus stories high to be a sniper. Because the construction crane had holes, and it was raining during the shoot, was so scared that [I] could only look forward".
No One Would Look for You if Scared of Everything
Was even scared talking about it, so it was certainly even more terrifying when filming it. Ron admitted, "Scared, but there was no choice. Even more scared if there is no food to eat! Bosco Wong Complains About Not Being as Lucky in Love as His Partner in New Series, Ron Ng Thinks That Having Many Females Damages His Image

"ICAC Attack" Completes Filming

The Shaw Brothers web series "ICAC Attack" filmed for nearly four months. The wrap-up scene was filmed in Yau Tong the other day. The actors there that night included Bosco Wong, Ron Ng, Vincent Wong, Ruco Chan, Ben Wong, and Sisley Choi. They completed the last scene and celebrated with champagne with Shaw Brothers executive Virginia Lok and directors Wong Kwok Keung and Twang Man San. Everyone is even looking forward to filming a sequel.
Bosco and Ron have already worked closely together early on, and this series has even elevated the two's relationship again. It could be seen on site that the two chat non-stop once they see one another. Asked whether the two would hate to part with each other, Ron laughingly said, "Have to separate a bit no matter what. Afterward, we are both busy with our own things. Believe that we will meet again soon".
Bosco said, "Actually, we meet up all the time. We didn't collaborate much when we were in TVB, but we collaborated more after venturing out. Meet almost every year".
Bosco Wong Praises Sisley Choi as Being Quick-Witted
When filming this series this time, Bosco said that his friendship with Sisley grew rapidly, and even praised her as being quick-witted: "Sometimes when we are going over the script, would suddenly have new ideas, and she could immediately adapt".
Regarding Bosco's praise, Sisley also happily said, "I was a bit nervous filming with Bosco for the first time. Facing him, would really be shy. "Flying Tiger 3" Starts Shooting at the End of May, Joe Ma and Eddie Cheung Return

Shaw Brothers' "Flying Tiger" series had great achievements before, as there were endless topics during the broadcast period, and the online platform also set a lot of records. The second installment, "Flying Tiger 2", is also scheduled to premiere on TVB Jade on May 18th, while the third installment, "Flying Tiger 3", is said to start shooting at the end of May. The cast lineup keeps growing: apart from original team members Michael Miu, Bosco Wong, Ron Ng, and Oscar Leung, Joe Ma, who has always been TVB's 'Special Duties Unit (SDU) Icon', and good actor Eddie Cheung, who took part in the first installment, will also 'return' to the shoot. Together with Michael, [they] will lead the juniors to continue their operations. This time, the female lead is Jeannie Chan, who is being promoted by Shaw Brothers.
Joe has always been TVB's 'SDU Icon'. Officially 'returning' this time, he frankly said that he is very happy. He said, "Actually, Miss [Virginia] Lok also looked for me for the first and second installments; however, at the time, I was filming Mainland series. There were schedule conflicts, so [I] could not film. I am also really looking forward to the start of filming because everyone is a familiar acting partner in the series. Believe that it will be filmed happily". Joe expressed that, due to the pandemic, previously, many commercial performances in Mainland were postponed. Would go hiking with his wife in his spare time. Now that he is a vegetarian, his health has clearly gotten better. When asked whether vegetarianism would affect muscle growth, he said, "That's why [I] would eat more healthy plants like chickpeas and quinoa, so as to absorb protein. Hope that the condition is better. (Have been working out?) Have to. Have to pick my physical fitness back up. My son is also in Hong Kong now; would also work out with him when I have time".
Bosco previously injured his left foot while filming the second installment and, at one point, had to halt work to recuperate. Even though he returned to work, he also had to use crutches. When interviewed, he was asked whether there was trauma. He said, "There was no trauma. Still filmed all the same! My foot has recovered a lot now...at least 95 percent". Cannot go to the gym room now. Bosco frankly said that he has gone hiking and has been muscle training at home. When asked whether there was a pay increase to film this time, he laughingly said, "Pay increase? Also happy to have work now! Miss Lok has the final say on whether there is a pay increase!"
Ron expressed, "Extremely happy. Hope that the pandemic will be over soon. Actually, the shooting period is already later than before. It would be best to be able to shoot earlier. (Have to get fit?) Certainly have to work out when facing these strongmen. Michael is already very fit despite not having to work out; I certainly have to work hard".
Jeannie, who is in Canada, expressed in an interview that she will be returning to Hong Kong to film after a long vacation. Playing a Senior Inspector of the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB) this time, she frankly said that she has more scenes with Michael and Bosco. Shaw Brothers' "Flying Tiger" series had great achievements before, as there were endless topics during the broadcast period, and the online platform also set a lot of records. Bosco previously injured his left foot while filming the second installment and, at one point, had to halt work to recuperate. Even though he returned to work, he also had to use crutches. When interviewed, he was asked whether there was trauma. He said, "There was no trauma. Still filmed all the same! My foot has recovered a lot now...at least 95 percent". Cannot go to the gym room now. Bosco frankly said that he has gone hiking and has been muscle training at home. When asked whether there was a pay increase to film this time, he laughingly said, "Pay increase? Also happy to have work now! Miss Lok has the final say on whether there is a pay increase!"
Ron expressed, "Extremely happy. Hope that the pandemic will be over soon. Actually, the shooting period is already later than before. It would be best to be able to shoot earlier. (Have to get fit?) Jeannie, who is in Canada, expressed in an interview that she will be returning to Hong Kong to film after a long vacation. Playing a Senior Inspector of the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB) this time, she frankly said that she has more scenes with Michael and Bosco.
