Synopsis: Between father and son, is blood relation or familial affection important?
'Ching Kin' (程堅) is the owner of a frozen meat shop. Because of his wife's untimely death, he took on the roles as father and mother raising his son and daughter. His son, 'Tin Yu' (天雨), won a culinary competition and has a bright future, while his daughter, 'Yeuk Sam' (若心), is studying medicine at a university and is about to become a specialist doctor. The company of his children is the most blissful thing in 'Kin''s life. Unexpectedly, 'Kin' discovers in the diary of his late wife that 'Yu' is not his biological son. At the same time, 'Yu' is kidnapped by gangsters in order to save 'Kiu Cheuk Ting' (喬卓霆), the third generation of a food and beverage company. Although there are no blood relations, 'Kin' still tries his best to rescue 'Yu' and 'Ting', and the two families have forged an unbreakable bond since then.
'Yu' joins the food and beverage company run by 'Ting''s mother, 'Kiu Sing Mei' (喬勝美), and becomes friends with 'Ting'. At first, 'Kin' thinks that 'Mei' is vicious and merciless, and is afraid of her; however, after being in contact with her, he discovers that, behind the strong woman, there are difficulties that are against her will. However, 'Kin' discovers that 'Yu''s biological father is 'Mei''s husband, 'Ngai Hok Kai' (倪學啟), and their relationship undergoes great changes......
'Kai' sends 'Yu' to prison for his own benefit and 'Ting''s freedom. 'Kin' hopes to save 'Yu', who is falling into depravity. With 'Sam''s support, he moves 'Yu' with his fatherly love and rekindles 'Yu''s dream of being a chef. The father and son team up to run a two-dish-rice shop, and it has become a well-known bistro due to its attentive production. However, 'Kiu''s family unexpectedly opens a restaurant across the bistro. 'Mei' even gets pulled down by her husband, losing control of the company. Is all of this intentional or a coincidence? How can the few people who are bound by blood relation and familial affection untangle the inextricable entanglements?

"The Invisibles" Promotional Event 1

Kenneth Ma Supports Ex Jacqueline Wong's Song Release: "She Can Do Whatever She Likes to Do"
The new series "The Invisibles", starring Kenneth Ma, Joel Chan, Elena Kong, Moon Lau, Tiffany Lau, et al., held a promotional event in Tsuen Wan today. Natalie Tong, who has already left the company, also attended to accommodate the promotion. Since the series' Joel, Elena, and Moon have all been promoted to TV king and TV queens, along with Kenneth, Natalie, and Ruco Chan, the new series has gathered six major TV kings and TV queens to perform. The series will air after "Treasure of Destiny".
All the artistes on scene appeared with heavy gun props, and then did multiplayer exercises. Joel did squats while carrying Tiffany, and easily passed. There was a mishap when Jazz carried Moon in his arms. Although Jazz has muscular arms, it seemed strenuous for him when he was carrying Moon. After doing a few squats, he could barely stand and sat on the stage. Then it was changed to the slim Natalie; Jazz redeemed himself and put her on his shoulders, but Natalie got scared from being lifted, turning pale and screaming. Afterward, Kenneth had to carry Natalie, teasing Moon for being heavy: "Luckily not carrying Moon".
This is the fifth time that Kenneth and Natalie are acting as a couple. Natalie laughingly said that, every time they are a couple, there is no happy ending...hope that there is an exception this time: "This is my last series in TVB; hope there's a happy ending. (Not willing to part?) Am very excited. Like filming gunfire scenes; it is an achievement unlocked. Everyone's look is also very cool. As the last series, it's extremely perfect".
Regarding Producer Man Wai Hung's description of Kenneth as a cool guy who has been wasted on silly characters, Kenneth laughingly said that he is the only one who has discovered this side of him. When it was mentioned that he does not blink when he fires a gun, he explained that it was due to his slowness, only blinking a few seconds later. However, he will not request to always walk the cool guy route in the future. He said, "It's boring to be cool in every series! It's also very fun to be awful...see if there's a chance. (Not willing to part with Natalie?) After collaborating for so many years, partners are becoming fewer and fewer. Hope that she comes back to film!" After hearing Kenneth tell her to stay, Natalie also expressed that it depends on the role. If it's the sixth time being a couple, it's also fine...think that having good chemistry and trust in him is very hard to come by.

- In addition to concocting a large number of action scenes, the series will also add elements of sci-fi suspense, using mysterious messages that predict the future as an introduction, adding a mysterious and unpredictable fog and bringing out the complicated and bizarre.
- The series talks about the group of main actors receiving mysterious messages from a phone assistant. These messages help them solve different cases and arrest criminals. However, where did the mysterious messages come from? They received more than just messages, as it was a prophecy foretelling the future development of the case. Are these messages sent by people from the future, or are they related to supernatural forces? This suspense is a prelude to the story.
- Joel Chan will play Kwok Pak Fei (郭柏飛), a Chief Inspector of Police of the Major Crimes Unit. Because of a misunderstanding involving their master, he and Moon Lau part ways. Later, because of a case, they have to come back together to investigate bizarre cases.
- Moon will play Keung Hei Man (姜曦文), a Chief Inspector of Police of the Criminal Intelligence Bureau (CIB). She is a capable and experienced Madam. She needs to do close-combat training. She is a rather serious character. She and Joel are a couple. She is also called 「小姜」.
- Owen Cheung will play Chiu Chun Long (招俊朗). He has the most action scenes in the series. He and Tiffany Lau are a couple, and they are also the godparents of a girl; her appearance makes them different to some extent. Apart from intense and touching romantic scenes, they also play the funny role in the series.
- Tiffany will play Wan Ka Lei (溫嘉莉), an undercover cop, so she will have different looks. In order to investigate cases, she will appear in a sexy image. She is a professional diver. She is Joel's subordinate.
- Karl Ting will play Fong Chi Chiu, a cop. He is a muscular warm guy. He is an upright person who never stoops to flattery. Because of some things, he keeps quarrelling with others, later getting along with everyone. He and Rosita Kwok have personalities that run in opposite directions; they go from being a bickering pair to a couple. He and Rosita are a pure couple.
- Rosita will play Seung Seung (商雙), a sweet rookie cop who takes the initiative to pursue Karl. She is an investigator with a background in psychology. In order to investigate cases in depth, she has multiple identities, one of which is a maid. Joel is her cousin. Moon is one of her superiors.
- Jazz Lam will play a member of the Anonymous Signal Intelligence Bureau (ASIB).
- Brian Tse will play a member of the ASIB.
- KK Cheung will play Kwan Chan Yu (關振羽), an Assistant Commissioner Police (Operations). He is a member of the ASIB. All of the teams listen to his commands and report to him, and he is in charge of all of the cases. His nickname is 「關公」.
- Rosanne Lui will play Joel's mother. She appears with a different personality every time. She bickers with her younger brother, Carlo Ng, while she cherishes her son.
- Mary Hon will play Karl's mother.
- Stephanie Au is considered the goddaughter of Moon and Joel.
- Kelvin Yuen will play a member of the ASIB.
- Fei Wong will play Yi (怡), a member of the ASIB.

Selena Lee Returning to TVB to Have an Acting Battle with Charmaine Sheh

Charmaine Sheh, Samantha Ko, Regina Ho, and Kenneth Ma were already confirmed earlier to film the new TVB series "The QUEEN of News" produced by Chung Shu Kai in March. Korean dramas and US dramas often use news anchors as its theme, but TVB has never filmed this series genre. The shooting period of this series is expected to be about half a year. This time, Chung Shu Kai is personally shooting it, and has invited Charmaine to return to her mother company to film the series. The production of this series is quite strict. Apart from being a customized series in collaboration with Mainland, the shoot will also follow the Mainland format. The script, [script] reading, styling, etc. are meticulous, and the series crew will be looking for a movie team to assist in the cinematography, art, and lighting.
Producer Chung Shu Kai revealed the character setup in an interview the other day. Apart from Selena Lee joining the series, TV king Shaun Tam even has a romantic storyline with Charmaine and is a key figure in [her] life. It is known that some important roles are still looking for suitable actors, and the news cases in the series will be looking for many actors to act them out. Chung Shu Kai pointed out that the series is full of 'mean girls'. The story takes place in a news corporation. Everyone becomes a villain for a power struggle. The main story begins with lead Charmaine having to leave her anchor position.
Change in Immune System Index
The female characters in the series are anchors from different news reporting times. Charmaine is the top female anchor during prime time, and the male anchor partnering her is Kenneth. The noon anchor is Selena, while Samantha and Regina are the morning and evening anchors respectively. With Charmaine's departure, everyone hopes to strive for the 'Prime Time Female Anchor' position. The anchors each have their own ulterior motives and resort to workplace means to fight for power!
Each character setup has its own attractiveness. Samantha is Kenneth's disciple. She has a cheerful personality, is clever, and is a lovable bombshell. Her styling is pretty and captivating. Kenneth wants to nurture her to become Charmaine's successor. As for Selena playing Kenneth's ex-girlfriend, she has an upright and tough personality and is full of enthusiam for work. She is originally quite upright, but only later are her true colours revealed. Selena has not filmed for TVB since she finished filming "Barrack O'Karma 1968". Last year, due to issues with her immune system, she halted work for a while to recuperate. She revealed in an interview, "Last September, [I] was working as a producer for 'Tape', and there was a change in the immune system index. That month, the pressure and workload were too much, and the index increased. It was so scary. I got very nervous immediately. I will try my best to adjust my workload now. Have to be more relaxed! However, I feel relieved that Director Kai is personally shooting it. Will not be staying up all night, and it will not be too tough. Everyone has enough time to rest, and I have been observing my situation now".
Selena frankly said that, apart from the character and the script being captivating, the producer is also a main reason for accepting this series: "Actually, Director Kai already approached me last February. Have always been discussing schedules. I have not worked with him before, but really admire him. He even wrote the story and is shooting it this time. I already received ten episodes of the script early on. Have always been looking at it". As for going against Charmaine after many years, she pointed out that the two previously collaborated in 'When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West', 'Can't Buy Me Love', 'Beyond the Realm of Conscience', and other series: "Haven't encountered each other for many years, so really want to film again, and I really like the theme this time. There are many foreign series that talk about news anchors. I am also a fan and really like to watch them. Hope that everything goes smoothly". She also revealed that she went to Singapore to do a stage performance the other day, performing three shows with singer Jeff Chang. She said with a smile, "Can finally do stage performances...very happy". She is currently out of town on vacation with her husband, embarking on a spiritual cleansing journey.
As for Samantha, who is playing a bombshell in the series, she expressed in an interview, "My character has a relatively high EQ, a bright and beautiful appearance, and a cheerful personality, so many people like her; however, beneath that, she does not have much of a family background, so she is very hardworking and has to rely on herself to get what she wants. (Everyone is a mean girl in the series!) There are personnel issues in every industry. Being a female anchor would definitely have personnel disputes and competition. There is good and evil in human nature. I think that it'll be a lot of fun!"
