- There will be location filming in England.
- Apart from original cast members Bosco Wong, Ron Ng, Michael Miu, and Oscar Leung, there are also the additions of Kenneth Ma, Jennifer Yu, and Kelly Cheung.
- This new installment's characters and character relationships are not related to the previous installment. The script has more drama and romantic storylines.
- Lee Pace will play an American villain. He has scenes with Michael, Kenneth, and the female leads, but he has the most scenes with Bosco because Bosco will also be going to England to film.
- Bosco will play a spy from England.
- Ron has been requested by the director to keep a 'chok' face: "There are case investigations in the plot this time".
- Kenneth will play a member of the Criminal Intelligence Bureau (CIB) who is responsible for crossing the boundaries: "Have to act it out such that it does not resemble a cop". Christine Kuo is his wife.

Personal Note: The series is supposed to be about the SDU, but there is no mention of anyone playing an SDU....

Spending so much money on inviting a Hollywood star when there should be more investment in a stronger script....
