Vivian Koo Takes a Crash Course in Acting, Crossing Over to Film a Series
[Vivian], who has already signed a co-management contract with TVB, has been assigned to take part in "QUEEN 2" as a newly added 'reporter girl' character. In an interview [today], Vivian frankly said that she has a strong interest in acting, but unfortunately never had the opportunity. Has been with TVB for ten years, but only acted in "Hello Missfortune" four years ago. She said, "It was my first official series filming in Cantonese. I was orginally approached for Ruco Chan, Jinny Ng, and Jacky Cai's 'From Hong Kong to Beijing' previously, but due to some reasons, did not film it".
She frankly said that she has always looked forward to filming series. In order to improve her acting skills, she enrolled in an acting training class in an acting academy in Beijing six years ago and obtained a performing certificate. Artistes Chow Ka Lok and Patrick Tam were filming TVB's new series, "Themis", with Charmaine on the streets of San Pa Kong recently. Ka Lok, who was wearing a suit and glasses, looked mature. He revealed that he is playing a judge in the series, which is extremely refreshing for him: "My own sense of humour is born out of my face.
