Synopsis: Being a first-time homebuyer is the dream of Hong Kong people. Real estate agent 'Ko Wing' (高榮, played by Philip Keung) regards being a first-time homebuyer as a necessary stage in life; however, his fiancée cheats him out of his starter home in order to save a first homebuyer quota.

'Wing''s regular client, 'Chi Ming' (志明), introduces his eldest daughter, 'Chin Chin' (芊芊), to act as 'Wing''s assistant. After becoming a real estate assistant, 'Chin' sees all kinds of buyers. 'Chin' also wants to be a first-time homebuyer; 'Wing' persuades her to have a fake marriage with him and apply for an HOS together, and even luckily get successfully selected in the draw.

'Wing' moves into the HOS in order to save on rent; however, 'Chin''s family unexpectedly gets evicted and has to move in with them. The two, who are in a fake marriage, have to face real cohabitation life......
