- Bosco Wong will play a Senior Forensic Chemist of the Forensic Science Division. He is the head of the forensics department. He has a romantic storyline with Venus Wong.
- Benjamin Yuen will play Cheng Ho Yin (井浩然), an insomniac cop of the Major Crimes Unit. He has the most scenes with Sisley Choi; they are lovers.
- Tony Hung will play a rogue doctor who suffers a miscarriage of justice, so he goes to prison for a long time and comes back out.
- Sisley will play (倩雯), a character who specializes in part-time jobs. It is a special role that will be connected to many characters.
- Venus will play Fok Po Ying (霍寶英), an enthusiastic Sergeant of the Major Crimes Unit. She rides a motorcycle. She has a romantic storyline with Bosco; she does investigate cases, but there are more scenes explaining their romantic world. She pursues Bosco.
- Jacky Cai will play Fan Pui Ching (范佩清), a forensic investigator. She and Tony have a romantic storyline.
- Karl Ting will play Fu Kim Sing (傅劍成), a professional.
- Fred Cheng will play Cham Ting (湛霆), a Scientific Evidence Officer (SEO). He is Bosco's disciple.
- Matthew Ko will play Cheung Sai Hei (張世熙).
- Shiga Lin will play a character who is bit emotional. She laboriously makes money to support her family. She is in a case.
- Kelly Fu will play YoYo Wan Yiu (韻遙).
- Elvina Kong will play Sisley's mother; their family background is complicated and tragic.
- Danny Hung will play Lee Wai (李威), a member of the Major Crimes Unit.
- Wiyona Yeung will play Tong Sam (唐心), a member of the Major Crimes Unit. She, Benjamin, Venus, and Gordon Ip are colleagues in the same team.
- Gordon will play 「小夫」, a member of the Major Crimes Unit.
- Skin Chow will play a member of the Major Crimes Unit.
- Lincoln Hui will play Chung Hok Lai (鍾學禮), Bosco's subordinate. He is an upright person.
- Brian Tse will play a villain.
- Erica Chan will play a fighter girl.
- Matthew Chu will play Tsui Yat Wu (徐一嗚).
- David Do will play Alex Wu Ting Hin (胡定軒). He is in the 12th case
- Oman Lam will play 「#38388」.
- Yuki Law will guest-star as a dead person in the story 'Cardboard Box's Hidden Corpse Case' (紙箱藏屍案).
- Keith Shing will play Fei Wong's boyfriend.
