"Exorcism Express" Filming in Hung Hom

Artistes Hera Chan, Ricco Ng, Chow Ka Lok, and Joey Thye worked at a shopping mall in Hung Hom for the new series "Exorcism Express". The scene was mainly about everyone walking down a long corridor that resembled an invisible barrier before setting off for the scene of an incident.

Hera expressed that, this time, [they] were mainly filming the scene of the exorcism members mobilizing for action. Mentioning the numerous fight scenes she has in the series this time, Hera revealed that the majority has already been completed, with only one or two fight scenes remaining, jokingly saying that there was an unexpected gain from filming this time because the numerous action scenes have caused her to 'slim down from fighting': "The martial arts director also said that I looked chubby and quite cute on the first day...have slimmed down now from fighting. When I look back at the footage, it's true. Face was quite round on the first day of filming fight scenes". She laughingly said that she is very satisfied with her current physique, pointing out that filming fight scenes not only trained her movements but also allowed her to do high-intensity exercise: "Could train my cardiovascular function. Ricco expressed that, although his character also has fight scenes, he laughingly said that he is usually the one getting hit.

[Joey], who was dressed in a patient's gown, explained that, in the series, she had to get medical treatment after being injured due to Ricco's negligence, laughingly saying that, although everyone in the series also knows how to fight, there are disparities in the ability. She, who is filming genuine hand-to-hand combat scenes for the first time, laughingly said that she finds it very fun, hoping to be able to film again [if] there is an opportunity. [She] also highly praised Ricco for filming his fighting actions very beautifully; however, she also held her own, earning praise from the martial arts director for her natural talent.

"A General, a Scholar and a Eunuch" Filming a Sequel, 'Male Official' Edwin Siu Returning and Hoping to Bring Kenneth Ma on Board

TVB's classic time-travel comedy "A General, a Scholar and a Eunuch", starring Edwin Siu, Raymond Cho, and Matthew Ho, has enjoyed immense popularity since its 2017 broadcast. News recently circulated that a sequel is being filmed. Regarding this, the 'three male officials' personally confirmed filming the sequel in an exclusive interview with on.cc. Edwin specifically expressed his hope that TV king Kenneth Ma, whom he has been working seamlessly with recently, is able to join in: "Certainly happy! Really never thought about being able to revisit a series that I like so much after ten years. Of course, the three of us brothers will definitely continue our roles as male officials. Also looking forward to seeing which new actors are joining in. Of course, one of the actors [I] want most is Kenneth. Now, we have kept holding concerts and working seamlessly together; if he appears in the series, it would definitely be extremely spectacular. If that happens, we'll have worked seamlessly together from hosting and series to concerts! Very lucky".

Raymond Cho Revisits Past Work

As for Raymond, he said, "It has been nearly ten years since the previous installment aired. I also rewatched the entire series recently, hoping to recapture the feeling from back then. Kevin Tong, who is appearing in the sequel, uploaded a short video on social media the other day, openly showing the script for the 15th episode of "A General, a Scholar and a Eunuch II" and tagging Tony Chui and Andy Siu. "War of Thorns" Becomes an Anniversary Series

Every year, TVB would arrange a grand production as its anniversary series to build hype leading up to its anniversary on November 19th. This year, apart from "This City Never Sleeps" (starring Julian Cheung, Ron Ng, Kelly Cheung, Samantha Ko, et al.), the other anniversary series is known to be "War of Thorns", starring Tavia Yeung and Lin Xia Wei! This series' cast is formidable; apart from the two TV queens, there are also three TV kings, Moses Chan, Kenneth Ma, and Ruco Chan. Although many netizens previously expressed dissatisfaction with TVB's frequent production of revenge-themed series, "War" mainly revolves the struggles of the entertainment industry, sisterly discord, and scheming. The story is about four good sisters, Lin Xia Wei, Kelly Fu, Elaine Yiu, and Judy Kwong, who fall under suspicion regarding the death of their former good friend, Yoyo Chen. Tavia, who plays Yoyo's bestie in the series, stages a comeback to execute a revenge plan, manipulating the women into turning against one another.

'Arch-rivals' Tavia and Lin Xia Wei are set to clash again following "Darkside of the Moon" in 2024. In a promotional clip that was released in a programme presentation earlier, there was a tear-filled confrontation between the two. There was also an intense scene where Kelly pulled Yoyo's hair. Elaine also had a lot of screen time, and there were multiple scenes of being humiliated.

In an exclusive interview with on.cc, Tavia talked about "War" becoming an anniversary series. She happily said, "Yes! Will be meeting with everyone soon. I am also greatly looking forward to it. Actually, also cannot control when it releases, but certainly even happier to be able to air during the prime anniversary slot!" At the anniversary the year before, she won 'My Favourite TVB Actress in a Leading Role (Greater Bay Area)' for 'Yu Moon Yuet' in "Darkside" but missed out on TV queen. Asked if she hopes to vie for an award again with "War", she said, "Not thinking too much about awards. Right now, when filming series, hope to encounter a good script and land a good role; having the continued support of viewers is enough. As for other things, my mindset remains the same as always: do [my] best and leave it to fate".

Lin Xia Wei previously revealed that her role this time is vastly different from the one in "Darkside". She said in an interview, "Because 'Darkside' was very well-received. Very happy to work with Tavia again, but there was also some pressure because everyone would definitely make comparisons, so particularly nervous; however, I think that viewers will not be disappointed because the character this time is even more fun and challenging than last time. Could be said to be an evolved version. I am also greatly looking forward to it. Will definitely be working hard to promote it then. Hope that everyone sees a new side of [me]". Regarding "War" becoming an anniversary series, [Ruco] laughing said that he had 'waited a long time': "My character is mainly with new actors. Hope that there are some sparks. I have not worked with Tavia since 'The Other Truth', which was my first series as the male lead. Have also never officially collaborated with Moses...have more scenes together in this series". He also pointed out that he was very happy to drive a supercar when filming this series: "Had wanted to for many years, and finally had the chance. This time, I am playing a rich second generation. Kenneth Ma Gets 'Tuned' by His Wife to Learn the Art of Romance and Create Surprises

Kenneth Ma has steadily built his career, taking one solid step at a time to reach his current first-line position; he has also approached his love life at his own pace, eventually finding the right person. He and Roxanne Tong tied the knot in 2023; three years into marriage, Kenneth still looks sweet when talking about his wife, expressing, "She also always makes me very sweet".

"My wife is very funny. She really has a flair for performing. Is always doing things that are very funny in front of me, like she would suddenly imitate people and imitate voices...sometimes imitating the expressions of [our] two cats. I also think that her impressions are spot-on. However, perhaps the roles that TVB gives her are those of pretty girls and innocent people...has not encountered a role that is suitable for her to play yet, so she has not showcased this side".

He frankly said that there has not been a great change since getting married, as he and his wife are both homebodies who enjoy the time spent at home. However, there would bound to be a period of adjustment when two people are getting along with one another, which Kenneth says is a normal thing; the key is mutual compromise, as 'love' leads to being unconsciously influenced by one another. "For instance, in the past, I never allowed anyone to eat in my car, but my wife really likes to eat in the vehicle...slowly made me feel that it's not a big deal".

[You] reveal [your] truest emotions to the person closest to [you]. Kenneth frankly said that he and his wife have certainly quarrelled; however, at a certain point, they would both stop and take some time to cool off.

"Once the heat of the moment passes, we would talk discuss the matter again. We are both that kind of person. When talking about it again afterward, they turn out to be trivial matters; thus, as long as you calm down in that instant, not continue yelling, and not say words that hurt the other person, it'll quickly be all right".

He said that they would both cajole the other: "Sometimes my wife gets a bit temperamental, and she would apologize to me afterward. Other times, the guy loses [his] temper and overreacts to trivial things; I would also apologize".

The pragmatic Kenneth has never been associated with 'romance' in the past; the him now, in order to make his wife smile, the naturally blank [person] has also learned the art of romance and how to create surprises: "I'm not really the type of person who makes a big deal out of special occasions. Have gradually learned to do so now. Give her a surprise every now and then. Have found some things to give to her that she did not expect, and she was also delightfully surprised".

He believes that romance is built through the little things in life, not necessarily requiring extravagant surprises. "The things that she's mentioned or [her] personal habits...you naturally accommodate her, and she already finds it really romantic. Of course, also have to have some occasionally, such as [our] wedding anniversary or her birthday...the guy also has to come up with some surprises".

"Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2026" is having its grand final tonight. Before the new top three winners are crowned, a red carpet ceremony was held. Kenneth Ma, who is making his debut as a Miss Hong Kong host, appeared alongside his good brothers, Edwin Siu, who was wearing a deep V, and Raymond Cho. When interviewed by the hosts, Kenneth repeatedly expressed his anxiety: "Being the host of Miss Hong Kong for the first time, I am very scared...legs are also shaking". When Kenneth, Edwin, and Raymond were interviewed again, Kenneth was still saying that he was nervous: "Just got back from completing a fan meeting in Mainland. In the TVB series "Mrs. Revenge", Kenneth Ma plays the 'guardian angel' to female lead Samantha Ko, being described as a true-to-life portrayal and being called the 'ultimate warm guy'. He says that he falls far short of the perfection of his character in the series, revealing that he and his wife, Roxanne Tong, have been married for two years; the key to getting along lies in mutual accommodation. Kenneth highly praised his wife for changing for love, frequently making home-cooked meals, which has made his father-in-law, Tong Chun Chung, jealous. Kenneth, who lost his father late last year, is even more attentive in caring for his mother, often visiting his mother with his wife. Happy that his wife does not mind three-person outings...the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law get along harmoniously.

In "Mrs.", Samantha's character has the ability to foresee the future after being reborn. Nancy Wu Returns to Her Roots with the Release of Debut Solo Single "The Unknown Is Also Good", Revisits Her Primary School Alma Mater to Shoot the MV to Dig Up the Starting Point of Her Musical Dreams

Nancy Wu is officially releasing her debut solo single, 《未知也好》, [on the 26th]. It is a warm, healing track that encourages everyone; even in adulthood, there is no harm in being reckless or losing one's way occasionally. Life does not have a set roadmap that can be duplicated. Facing the uncertainties in life, it is better to learn to relax.

In the past, Nancy primarily sang series songs, requiring her to embody the stories of the characters in the series; this time, the song, from its concept to its content, stems entirely from her own experiences and thoughts, allowing her to interpret it from the heart. The song specially chose a theme of healing and encouragement, inspired by tidbits of life that she heard when communicating with fans and her observations of the many people around her grappling with confusion and the unknown in recent years. Drawing from her own journey, starting out in a singing competition and then constantly discovering herself and gaining recognition as an actor, she proves that life's path is often unpredictable, hoping this song provides companionship and strength to people.

Nancy frankly said that she is very happy to release a song as a singer in 2026, while also being very grateful for her experiences in the performing arts. She expressed, "I was able to apply my actor's mindset to the song 《未知也好》. The me who simply liked to sing back then never would have guessed that I would become an actor, and even discovered myself and gained everyone's support through acting. Having the opportunity to release my own song now, perhaps it is actually the perfect moment". Because of this, Nancy encourages everyone: even if the road ahead is uncertain, simply moving forward step by step not only allows [you] forge you own path but would even encounter unexpected scenery along the way. Just as the lyrics are written: "It is also good when it is still unknown. Relax and able to feel it. Will find the answer awaiting just around the bend".

To capture the essence of the lyrics of pursuing one's original passion, Nancy specially returned to her alma mater, St. Anthony's School in Pokfulam, to shoot the new song's MV. She revealed, "The song begins with talking about [my] mindset when studying in school when [I] was young. Singing is my original passion, so without hesitation, felt that the opening scene had to certainly be shot at [my] primary school, St. Athony's School. I already really liked singing in primary school. Was in the choir and served as the lead vocalist at school masses. Music class was [my] favourite. Standing on the school hall stage again for the shoot this time, it felt like going back to my roots and looking back at myself". Apart from thanking the school for providing the venue, she was also thankful to the school for specially arranging to have two young students take part in the performance, representing different stages of her growth.

Apart from returning to her alma mater, through other storylines, the MV also conveyed the message that "no matter [your] age or stage in life, [you] also must take a brave step toward pursuing [your] dreams". The MV invited Max, the founder of a coffee brand, to take part in the performance. Nancy revealed that she had previously seen Max on social media, personally driving around to offer people coffee and documenting the journey from scratch. Was deeply moved by his spirit of daring to try something...believes that this is the encouragement that [she] hopes the new song would bring to people.

Having completed the production of the first song that belongs to her, Nancy greatly looks forward to having even more [music] in the future, continuing to explore and discover herself while focusing on doing what she likes.

The TVB series "Mrs. Revenge" is currently airing and has received many good comments after its release. Kenneth Ma, who plays 「葉家謙」, has even been praised for being a good man both on and offscreen. Kenneth Ma Forced to Choose Female Partner in the Series, Uses Wife as a Shield

The new TVB series "The Ideal Lawyers", executive produced by Chung Shu Kai, wrapped up filming its final major scene in Hong Kong not long ago. That day, the temperature reached 37°C. TV king Gallen Lo joined TV queen Tavia Yeung, Alice Chan, Moon Lau, Kelly Cheung, Joyce Tang, Matthew Ho, et al. outside the High Court in Admiralty.
