"The Radiant City" Suddenly Halts Production, Julian Cheung Being Changed Out at Any Time Due to a Schedule Clash from the Postponement of Filming

Reportedly, ["The Radiant City"] already started planning and invited a group of actors at the end of last year, especially keeping close contact with Julian [Cheung]. As he has maintained a friendly relationship with TVB for many years, he already agreed to take on the performanc without much consideration.

The trailer of "Radiant" appeared on TVB at the beginning of this year, which immediatedly sparked heated discussions among series fans; however, the start of filming was always all talk. In late-June, the relevant party previously issued a notice to the media for interviews for the blessing ceremony; however, it was later announced suddenly that was cancelled for unknown reasons. At the end of June, the cast and crew quietly gathered in Zhuhai to officially start filming. It was originally thought that everything was going well, but it turns out that, after completing the filming on July 5th, the series crew halted all work without warning and already returned to Hong Kong in batches, waiting to receive a notice to return to work in the future.

It is known that the reason for the 'halt' this time is that the relevant parties strive to make the script perfect and feel that modifications are still needed to ensure smoother filming in the future. Jessica Hsuan Not Satisfied with Her Performance and Asks Gallen Lo for Advice on Acting, Bosco Wong Gets on Intimate Terms with Jacky Cai

Jessica Hsuan, Lawrence Ng, Bosco Wong, Jacky Cai, Kenneth Ma, et al. promoted the Shaw Brothers series "Prism Breaker" today, announcing that last week's ratings peaked at 21.4 points (1,380,000 million viewers). Jessica and Lawrence are in the same series again after many years. TVB executive Virginia Lok's birthday is [today]. A birthday party was held in Tsim Sha Tsui [last] night.
