Tavia is rubbing Ron's bald head, and all of the guys around them are laughing. You can also see that Bernice turned around (out of her spot) waving to Toby. Just from Toby's expression, she seemed excited to see Bernice. Ha ha.... I really didn't like Ma Ming's hair parted that way.
