Personal Note: I saw this clip a while back now, and I was pretty excited to watch the clip then and now. Ha ha.... A modern version of "The Four" would be promising if TVB would ever cast the four siu sangs in the same series again, but I don't think TVB is planning that any time soon.

Iron Fist & Lam Yeuk Fei (Happy Ending)

Yeuk Fei was blinded because of Song Chi Yin, so she enters with a pail of hot water while Iron Fist is taking a bath.

Iron Fist: Yeuk Fei, I'm not dressed (embarrassed and turning red)!
Yeuk Fei: It doesn't matter! I can't even see your funny-looking face.
Iron Fist: Yes, but that is still inappropriate.
Yeuk Fei: We both roam around in this 江湖. Don't be a sissy.
Iron Fist: It is very heavy. Be careful.... Ouch! The water is very hot!
Yeuk Fei: You are very hard to take care of. It is either too cold or too hot. No wonder your sister left you to go learn.
Iron Fist: But the water is hot.... Actually, I really miss my sister, but I know why she wants to do it. One, it is her dream. Two, she can leave this unhappy place.
Yeuk Fei: That's just too bad for her love relationship.

Iron Fist: You agree first! You promised me, so you can't take it back. We should get married, okay? Come on, let's get married!

Iron Fist: Promise me?
Yeuk Fei: I promise you!

Later, Iron Fist holds Yeuk Fei's hand and goes around town to announce their engagement. However, the people from the Blue Sky Clan come and insist that Yeuk Fei lead the clan. Yeuk Fei agrees to be the leader of the clan because the clan was established by her father.

Iron Fist: Aren't we getting married?
Yeuk Fei: Come on, don't be like that. I can't let my father's establishment crash and burn. (She takes both of his hands.) As for our wedding, we can wait until the clan is back in order. We are just delaying it. We can still see each other when I become the leader, right? We can still.... Em.... I don't know what to say.... So.... just smile.

Personal Note: Aww, "The Four" is over! Ma Ming and Selena are super sweet together! Even though they didn't get married, they are still together. Unlike the other constables, he is the only one of the four to end up with his love interest.

Cold-Blooded's stunt double and my stunt double are using hair dryers to make the effect of my fast running.


I remember this scene was filmed when I had to save Iron Fist from getting executed.


The person fixing my hair is not the hairstylist, but he is our very fun director, Siu Lung.


Is this real life or in the series? I don't know.


This is our marital arts instructor, Tai Jeung.

Iron Fist & Lam Yeuk Fei II

The scenes of Iron Fist and Yeuk Fei in episode 19 are very, very sweet! Iron Fist was about to be executed for a murder he did not commit. Yeuk Fei charges past the guards and holds onto Iron Fist's hand.

Yeuk Fei: Iron Fist, I don't give you permission to die! You cannot die! You promised my father that you would take care of me. You have to take care of me for the rest of my life. Do you hear me?! You cannot die! (She is dragged away by the guards.) No.... Iron Fist!
Iron Fist: (To the guards) Don't hurt her.... Don't hurt her!

Then, Chasing Life and others come to the rescue. They bring along evidence to prove that Iron Fist is not the murderer. Since Iron Fist is proven innocent, Yeuk Fei runs to him and they end the scene with a loving hug.

When Iron Fist returns to his home, he finds out that Yeuk Fei is hiding in the kitchen making congee for him.

Iron Fist: When I was about to be executed, I remember you saying that you will be able to live on without me....
Yeuk Fei: Really? Did I say that?
Iron Fist: You also say that you need me to....
Yeuk Fei: No! I didn't tell you to take care of me for the rest of my life. You must have been hearing things because you were heavily beaten up. You must have heard wrong.
Iron Fist: I heard wrong?
Yeuk Fei: Yes.
Iron Fist: That's all right. Then I don't have to take care of you for the rest of your life.
Yeuk Fei: Hey, hey! I say you don't have to, but you promised my father to take care of me.

Then Iron Fist's father suggests a wedding to chase away the bad happenings. Chasing Life agrees and even wants a matchmaker to pick out a lucky wedding day.

Iron Fist: (Very sweetly.) Stop playing with Yeuk Fei la.

Yeuk Fei gets back to the pot of congee to avoid the embarrassing situation.

Chasing Life: Hey, look! I have never seen the sassy, little princess' face that red before.... Hey, look at you! (Points at Iron Fist.) Your face is red, too!

Personal Note: Ma Ming and Selena are supposed to be having a magazine article together, but I guess the issue is not out yet. I can't wait to see the pretty pictures!

"The Four" on "Fan and Kam" Behind the Scenes

This clip is so worth watching because Kate was talking about her intimate scenes in the series with Raymond, and the interviewer asked Ma Ming about the same topic.

Interviewer: Ma Ming, do you have any intimate scenes?
Ma Ming: I absolutely do!
Selena: You do?
Ma Ming: I do.
Selena: With whom?
Ma Ming: Huh?
Selena: You with whom?
Kate: Aren't you paired up with him?! Why are you asking whom he has intimate scenes with?!
Selena: Huh, I don't have any intimate scenes with him.
Kate: Ohh....
Selena: I don't know whom he has intimate scenes with. Ha ha....
Kate: That's unthinkable!
Ron: Their way of intimacy is very weird because Selena uses her whip.
Ma Ming: Yes, I always get whipped by her.
Ron: So, you can tell what level of intimacy they are at. Ha ha....

So funny and this is only the behind-the-scenes. I can't imagine what they talked about on the show. The two girls openly talked about the bad traits of the two guys in front of them. When asked if they were not afraid of the two guys getting mad, they responded with, "It doesn't matter because they don't mind, and we know them very well".

Other than that, they wouldn't reveal what they talked about on the show. I can't wait to watch the real thing.

"The Four" @ 《TVB Weekly》 Issue 591

Finally, "The Four" gets to be on the cover of TVB Weekly. I have been waiting for this issue for a long time! They all look so good!!! 好型呀! The whole article seemed to be a little short. 唔夠候﹐嫌少呀!

Raymond and Ron basically said the same thing, and Sammul and Ma Ming also had similar views. Just like they said, it is very difficult to have all four of them in the same series. It is funny what Raymond said of Ma Ming, "After filming the series, we have gotten close from all the playing; we laugh non-stop, we talk non-stop, and we have successfully pried open Ma Ming's mouth".
