Singers were dressed up in costumes to celebrate "All Singers for TVB Anniversary". Other special guests included George Lam, Sun Nan, Grasshopper, Susanna Kwan, Shirley Kwan, Alan Tam, Lee Heung Kam, and Qing Shan. Other than the guests, all singers were required to dress up in costumes. The entire event seemed like a big Halloween party showcasing different looks. The awards for 'Best Male Singer Costume' and 'Best Female Singer Costume' went to Eason Chan's Bob Marley and Jade Kwan's Avril Lavigne. Also, the male singers won the award for 'Best Group Costume'.

Personal Note: This year's "All Singers for TVB Anniversary" is actually not bad, but I still would have liked more singing though. A lot of newbies I don't know were here because Hacken said that most of the big singers were not in HK. The best costumes were Eric, Eason, Wong Cho Lam, and Kary Ng. Steven Ma told Linda Chung to dress up as Mariyn Monroe.
