Roger wins 'Favourite Male Lead' for "Square Pegs". The series was also ranked number one overall in ratings with an average of 37 points and a high of 46 points. Ada was filming "To Catch the Uncatchable" with Dayo Wong.
"The Driving Power" placed tenth overall in ratings with an average of 30 points and a high of 34 points.
After his role as Vincent in "Triumph in the Skies", Joe gets to be main lead in "Summer Heat" with Joyce Tang, as well as "Lady Fan" and "A Handful of Love" with Jessica. At TVB's 36th Anniversary, Jessica and Roger won 'Favourite Couple'.
Tavia and Derek filmed "The Vigilante in the Mask". Tavia won 'Most Improved Female Ariste' for Kelly Wan in "Vigilante Force".
Filming of "War and Beauty". Maggie wins 'Favourite Female Lead' for "The King of Yesterday and Tomorrow".
Filming "Angels of Mission". Rumours were flying about Sonija and Charmaine both boycotting and picking on Shirley.
"Survivor's Law" placed eighth overall in ratings with an average of 31 points and a high of 37 points. Raymond wins 'Most Improved Male Artiste' for the same series. Myolie was filming "Net Deception" (notice the hair).
Flora's "Triumph in the Skies" placed sixth overall in ratings with an average of 32 points and a high of 37 points. She was also filming "Hard Fate" with Kevin Cheng. Lawrence and Sheren Tang's "The Threat of Love II" had received positive feedback in which Sheren had also won 'Extraordinary Actress' for the same series.
Ron was heavily promoted after "Triumph". He was in Mainland filming "Twin of Brothers" with Raymond and Tavia. Steven's "Better Halves" received high ratings, but was not in the top ten. Wong He was filming "Net Deception" with Myolie.
"Vigilante Force" was placed second overall in ratings with an average of 35 points. Bobby's "Witness to a Prosecution II" was placed third overall in ratings with an average of 34 points. They were also filming "Shine on You" with longtime friend and partner Michael Tao.
"The King of Yesterday and Tomorrow" was fourth overall in ratings with an average of 34 points and a high of 46 points. Kwong Wa, Anne, and Melissa all finished filming "Riches and Stitches".

TVB officially started to promote newbies. TVB even added an extra month to the calendar.
"Virtues of Harmony II" started airing in 2003. Louis owes TVB 50 episodes. As for Michael Tong, TVB tried to promote him, but he was never a TVB-managed artiste.
News on 2009 Calendar: Shirley Yeung revealed that she will be in the calendar with Yoyo Mung, Lai Lok Yi, and MA MING!

ReplyDeleteChances of Louis coming back to TVB is very slim right now, as he is filming movies non-stop. Plus, he had expressed that if he does return to film for TVB, he hopes for it to be a sci-fi series. :)
