- The series is a co-production between Youku and TVB.
- There is filming in Foshan, and there will also be location filming in Prague.
- Jessica Hsuan will play Tung Yat Yin (董一妍), a well-known cardiologist. She is a career woman in the medical field. She is a person who knows how to conceal and does not let people know what she is thinking. She has her own objectives, and she has a lot of schemes. Everyone is her enemy; she is mainly guarding against and going against people. There will not be too many surgical scenes. She has a romantic connection with Kenny Chung.
- Ruco Chan will play Tai Tak Kiu (戴德橋), the person in charge of a multinational bank. His scenes mainly revolve around Jessica and Moon Lau.
- Alice Chan will play Fong Yan (方欣), the CEO of a multinational group. She also has an investment in the medical group and is extremely rich. She and Jessica battle in the workplace and in love. She and Jessica fight for power, and because there are a lot of things that she cannot let go, she projects a lot of things onto Jessica. She has a business and romantic connection with Kenny.
- Moon will play Man Yi Ka (文以珈), a lawyer specializing in medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Jinny Ng will play Chan Lai Suet (陳麗雪), a child psychologist socialite. She is Eva Lai's daughter.
- Cheung Wing Hong will play Pang Kin Pong (彭建邦), a rich plastic surgeon. He does not have many surgical scenes; he mostly schemes. He and Angel Chiang are husband and wife; her family does not think highly of him.
- Angel will play Wong Kai Ching (王啟澄), the general manager in nursing.
- Celina Harto will play Wong Kai Sam (王啟心), the founder of an app. She is Angel's younger sister.
- Telford Wong will play Chi Ming (志明).
- Hugo Ng will play a triad boss.
- Gordon Ip will play Jinny's younger brother.
- Jacquelin Ch'ng will play a divorced woman. She has scenes with Jessica.
- David Do will play Au Yeung Yat Lun (歐陽日暽), a hepatobiliary and pancreatic consultant.
- Kenny will have a special appearance as Wong Chun To (王進濤), the chairman of the medical group. Kenneth Ma and Edwin Siu are his sons. He gets caught between Jessica and Alice.
- Kent Tong will have a special appearance as Or Wing Sing (柯永成), the chairman of a hospital.
- Kenneth will have a special appearance as Wong Kai Chi (王啟智), a professional doctor. He is the director of the hospital and is in the hepatology department. He is Kenny's son. Jinny is his wife.
- Edwin will have a special appearance as Wong Kai Chung (王啟聰), a professional doctor. He is the head of the neurllology department. He is Kenny's son. Moon is his wife.
