Johnny Yim

Rebecca Zhu Filming "Rosy Business IV" at the End of August
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Rebecca Zhu has been assigned to act in "Rosy Business IV", playing Wayne Lai's younger sister and having a moving love story with Him Law, an 'early Republic rogue' in the series. The team is tentatively scheduled to head up to Hengdian at the end of August to prepare and to start shooting.
The reporter contacted Rebecca afterward, and she explained, "Actually, I didn't disappear. It's just that the company originally arranged for me to go to Mainland to shoot a variety programme. Held up my schedule but was delayed due to the pandemic. Because of the situation, the series crews also cannot utilize me, so now, I am taking advantage of my free time, as I want to apply for some courses to further my studies. Originally thought about getting a pamphlet for the performing arts course and visiting the teachers as well; we have also kept in touch all these years. Have no choice but to find another chance to do so now! (Going to Mainland in August to shoot a series?) You guys have caught wind of it even faster than I did. I really don't know anything. It's certainly good if it's true. Under the pandemic, having work is the most important thing. Anyway, if there is new news, will definitely announce it".

'Kam Sing On' Temporarily Leaving "Lo and Behold" in Episode 1255, Producer Lam Kin Cheung: Will Relaxedly Explain the Happy Matter
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Recently, Chow Ka Lok has been personally called on by TVB's Chief Creative Officer Wong Cho Lam to replace him as the male lead of the ancient comedy "His Highness, the Hooligan". After the news came out, many fans of "Lo and Behold" were also worried that Ka Lok would be leaving the series; even Ka Lok claimed that he did not know the direction of the scriptwriters when he was interviewed, and did not know whether it would be a temporary departure or a permanent one.
Today, a picture of the script for episode 1255 of "Lo" was circulating online. It read, "Episode 1255: 'Goodbye, On Jai". It seems that this episode is the parting episode of 'Kam Sing On' played by Ka Lok.
Ka Lok accepted a phone interview with Sky Post. He expressed that he did not expect the news to spread so fast. The filming of episode 1255 is still in progress. "Since the new series is expected to start in early May, the company is good to me. Should not have to have the two series overlapping in filming. (Episode 1255 is very sad?) Whether it is sad or not depends on one's point of view. It is always inconvenient to reveal the plot. Hope that the viewers will be surprised when they watch it. I believe that it is a temporary departure. I also do not want to permanently depart with the series crew". He said that he is still working on "Lo"; he also wants to do well on the scripts he has on hand before he leaves, so he has not formally done his homework for the new series for the time being, hoping that he will step up efforts to prepare for the new series afterward. "I feel that I do not have enough confidence. Hope that there is room for improvement, so [I] am pursuing a greater confidence".
"Lo"'s producer, Lam Kin Cheung, was surprised that the script was put up on the Internet. "Just leaving temporarily, but still don't know how long the departure will be. Waiting for the company's notice. As for how 'Kam Sing On' will be leaving and why he will be leaving, everyone will have to pay attention to the plot! (Will it be very sad?) Would not. The entire thing is a happy matter. We will explain it in a relaxed atmosphere. In short, it is a big breakthrough!" He expressed that many actors in the series take time off during filming to film other series; as long as it is explained in the plot, it is not too much trouble. Regarding Ka Lok standing out in and gaining recognition from "Lo", Lam Kin Cheung, who witnessed his growth, said, "Absolutely a great improvement. To be able to have the opportunity to film other series, it is absolutely a happy matter. Everyone is also happy for him".

"Beauty and the Boss" Sub Song (Cantonese Version)
"Falling in Love" - Kayee Tam
Falling in Love -
*Falling in love Falling in love with you
#Falling in love Falling in love with you
That they called falling
Falling in love with you#*
Repeat *
Falling in love Falling in love with you
Repeat #

Called on to Lead Mockumentary Beauty Pageant Series! Crystal Fung Vows to Make Up for Regret
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Eric Tsang and longtime friend Chan Kiu Ying, the Executive Producer of the series "AI Romantic" have come up with a series with a beauty pageant theme. The novel part is that the live situation of the pageant will be added in like a reality show, making the series even more three-dimensional and realistic. This format has been quite popular in recent years, and is called a mockumentary.
This series starts filming in June, and Miss Hong Kong will start recruitment in May; the timing is extremely coordinated. Not only will live footage of the Miss Hong competition be added into the series, the actors will also film interspersedly during the recruitment, interviews, and promotional activities. The producer is fixed on having artists from beauty pageants lead to make it more realistic, and called on Miss Hong Kong 2016 winner Crystal Fung and Miss Hong Kong 2012 contestant Jessica Kan take part, letting them go through a beauty pageant again. This year's interviewees and even contestants can appear on camera at any minute.
Eric was asked about the new series when he was interviewed [today]. He said that there is indeed this idea, and said, "I will certainly do my best to coordinate with Chan Kiu Ying's project. As for Crystal, she highly praised the subject matter as being fresh and captivating: "If I really have a part in it, I would certainly be looking forward to it! (Was there anything that you did not do in the beauty pageant back then that you would want to do in the series?) If everyone had paid attention, I didn't really show my teeth while smiling during the entire beauty pageant because, back then, I did not get braces yet. A toothy smile did not look good. I know that one must smile brightly while taking part in a beauty pageant, but [I] was not confident back then. Also only slightly smiled the moment [I] wore the crown. If there is this scene of wearing the crown in the series, I will definitely show my teeth while smiling to make up for the regret from back then. I was also just done with braces recently!"

Chow Ka Lok Confirmed as the First Male Lead of New Ancient Comedy
CREDIT IF REPOSTED
Wong Cho Lam has returned to TVB to assist Eric Tsang in the reformation of variety programmes. Because he has too many things to attend to simultaneously, he has pulled out of the ancient comedy "His Highness, the Hooligan", and Chow Ka Lok will be taking over. It has been rumoured that the actual first male lead of this series is Raymond Cho, and Ka Lok is only the third male lead, while the female lead is Christine Ng.
Producer Andy Chan was contacted regarding this matter. He said that the news was inaccurate and did not know why there was such a rumour, and also emphasized, "Ka Lok is the first male lead, and it has not changed; he is playing the role of a prince. Brian Chu is the second male lead. In the series, Brian is a martial arts addict; he is not only the best at kung fu, but he will also show off his muscles. Raymond is playing the second-in-command of an escort agency.
As for the female lead, the producer said that Jeannie Chan is the first female lead, playing the role of a princess. JW is the second female lead, playing an escort in the series. Christine is not taking part in this series. He revealed that the new series is a story in the wuxia world, and will commence filming at the beginning of May.
