- To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Hong Kong International Airport, TVB, with the co-production of Airport Authority Hong Kong, is filming this series with a theme on the aviation industry, and is shooting entirely on real locations at the Hong Kong International Airport.
- The protagonists are a group of airport employees behind the scenes, talking about their daily work in different positions, allowing viewers to better understand how this group of unsung heroes maintains smooth airport operations with a professional attitude and serves the public with a passenger-oriented spirit.
- The story revolves around airport employees in different positions. Ninety-five percent of the plot takes place within the airport. The story summarizes different positions and talks about their daily work conditions.
- The story centres on the daily work of employees. The story does not need to be too dramatic because, for airport employees, nothing trivial happens at the airport. The goal of airport employees is the hope that every passenger is happy for the rest of the journey. Even if it is a trivial thing, they would go all out to do it. The series will also show their passenger-oriented attitude.
- Kenneth Ma will play Yeung Seung Wai (楊尚偉), a duty manager of the central control centre of the Airport Authority. He is the 'brain behind the scenes' who maintains the smooth operation of the airport. He is the commander of flight ascension and descension. If there is a problem with a piece of luggage, it is his business. If a connecting passenger is late getting on his or her flight, it is also his problem. If there is a No. 10 typhoon signal and a black rainstorm, he has to hold meetings with different departments to maintain all the operations. He, Tsui Wing, Tony Hung, and Samantha Ko are called 「機場四劍俠」. He and Sisley Choi are a newly divorced couple, but there are also sweet recollection scenes. He gets crushed on by Rosita Kwok. All are light romantic scenes, mainly focusing on the work behind the scenes of an airport.
- Sisley will play Cheung Yeuk Ling (張若玲), an airport manager of an airline. She is Kenneth's ex-wife. It was not something very dramatic that happened that caused them to separate; it was purely something unsatisfactory in life that caused them to separate. They have feelings for one another, but it just happens that they would always encounter each other because they have to deal with different work issues. They would deal with them in a mature manner, separating personal and business matters. In the beginning, she and Kenneth are clear work partners; however, slowly, there is a turning point. She opens the door for him, and he makes friendly advances toward her, starting to make some progress. She and Joey Thye are sisters; they have a strong sisterly relationship. In the family, the younger sister is the apple of everyone's eye, adoring her and protecting her.
- Samantha will play Lui Chi San (呂芷珊), an airport passenger services manager. This character is not mean; she is very calm. She and her ex-husband, Andrew Yuen, have a three-year-old daughter. She, Kenneth, Tsui Wing, and Tony are good brothers. She also has a light romantic storyline with Tony; they already started to know each other in university, having good feelings for one another.
- Tony will play the head security officer of airport security. He takes the initiative to pursue Samantha; although he has pursued her for a long time, there should be a happy ending.
- Brian Chu will play a pilot.
- Tiffany Lau will play a flight attendant.
- Rosita will play Fong Ho Yi (方可兒), an admintrative trainee in the central control centre. She is Kenneth's subordinate. She has more of a romantic storyline with Ricco Ng; there is a bit of bickering with him.
- Tsui Wing will play an airport apron manager. He, Kenneth, Tony, and Samantha knew each other in their youth. He and Ricco have a special relationship.
- Joey Thye will play Cheung Wing (張穎), a flight attendant. She is Sisley's younger sister. She is a bit unreasonable, but she maintains her professionalism at work.
- Ricco will play Kwan Yu On (關宇安), one of the students at an aviation academy. He is an aviation industry enthusiast. He is also called 「安仔」.
- Moses Chan will guest-star as the chairman of the Airport Authority for one scene, which is being filmed at a hotel.
- Michael Wai will play Ho Tin Yau (賀天友).
- Eunice So will play a ground crew.
- Purple Ng will play a ground crew.
- Paco Ngai will play a ground crew.
- Axity Chong will play Grace Kei Pui Ling (紀佩玲), a flight attendant.
- Sabrina Mendes will play a flight attendant.
- Joan Lee will play a flight attendant.
- Clementine Sze will play a flight attendant.
