Kenneth [Ma] plays Chief Inspector of Police 'Ocean' in "The Invisibles". There were a lot of action scenes, and he only found out that he would be replacing Ruco Chan two weeks before filming started; however, luckily, he plays soccer regularly, so it was not difficult to handle physically. There is another thing that he can be arrogant about, which is being able to fire a real gun without blinking. "I am number one in this series. Was not well-trained. I also don't know why. Moon [Lau] said that I film gunfight scenes without blinking and don't need to stuff my ears with cotton because my senses are slower than others, and I'm really not as sensitive as they are. Ha ha! But when it comes out on camera, I also thought that I was cool!"

Does Not Mind Speaking Up on Behalf of Female Partners

Talking about the intimate scene with Moon, Kenneth attended a press conference where he frankly said that he would be turning off the TV and did not dare to watch it. The groom-to-be explained that he was merely setting the atmosphere. "Producer Man Wai Hung would arrange scenes that attract the audience's attention, finding pretty girls to dress sexily, and then using the sexiness to package a comedic feeling". However, he admitted that shooting such scenes is more awkward for the actresses. "Being familiar is even better. Everyone knows what's up. If kissing but not familiar, the director would think that it's not enough. Does not think that [you] really love through the camera and have to do more. Don't know how the girl would think about it...would think that you're groping [her]. [If] not familiar with these, would be very awkward!"

Kenneth does not have to report to Roxanne before filming intimate scenes. "Very frankly speaking, not much can be shot within the boundaries of television. At most, would film the intention for the audience to see. There are a lot of things that can't be aired. 'Invisibles' is airing at 8:30 right now...family viewing hours...a lot of things cannot be done". Kenneth also doesn't mind Roxanne filming intimate scenes. Apart from watching it together, would also study how it's shot. "Even said to her, 'Was it tough for you to film it? As though distorted 360 degrees...kissing while distorting the body". Of course, Roxanne does not want to see her future husband being intimate with others. Kenneth pointed out that, after marriage, he will not shy away from filming intimate scenes, but he would worry about the feelings of his female partners, and he does not mind helping his partner settle it with the director. "Sometimes [I] encounter newcomers who don't have the courage to do what is in the script. Instead, I mind that [they] do not speak up but was unhappy with the filming. The most important thing in filming is that everyone is happy. If [you] cannot film that outcome, it's better not to film! Awkward for ten takes, but still have not gotten it done. It would be good to quickly get it done in one take, and I can also go back and see my cats. Ha ha! Everyone can get off work earlier". He also mentioned that he previously helped Eliza Sam discuss with the producer about refraining from filming intimate scenes, and the collaboration was even more comfortable.

Looking Forward to Learning from Charmaine Sheh

Kenneth has made it clear that the right to make wedding decisions has been handed over to Roxanne; he is only responsible for cooperating, and he predicts that, after marriage, he will be attaching the most importance to family, just like Moses Chan. "I filmed 'Big White Duel II' with him. He rushed home to see his kids as soon as he got off from work. Ha ha! I think that I will also be like that in the future. I am raising two cats now. Sometimes when [I] am out for a while or have been working for a long time, also really want to go back to get a glance at them. It's better when Roxanne's home though. If Roxanne has something to do, I would also keep thinking about [them]. I'm thinking it's similar to raising a little person".

Talking about collaborating with Charmaine Sheh in the new series "The QUEEN of News" after 2017's "Bet Hur", Kenneth is looking forward to it because he greatly enjoys working with Charmaine. "First of all, Charmaine is very professional, and her acting skills are really great. Although I have been doing this for so many years, sometimes when there are things that can't be seen clearly or when there are two or three choices, I would also ask Charmaine which one to use that would fit more. Guys and girls see things differently. Charmaine is a partner who really gives you confidence. Her choice would not be wrong 90 percent of the time". He believes that Charmaine has been expanding in Mainland for a few years and has filmed with many producers and directors; her will to fight will be enhanced. "Will hold the mentality of learning from Charmaine. I'm older than Charmaine, but when Charmaine was a lead, I was still being an extra, just like 'Return of the Cuckoo' where I was her university classmate A in Macau".
