Kenneth Ma Does Not Think That Sweeping TV King and 'Best Series' Are Enough, Also Winning This Thing Before Marrying Roxanne Tong
Artistes Kenneth Ma, Natalie Tong, Moses Chan, Kelly Cheung, et al. were in Causeway Bay promoting the series "Big White Duel II" today, during which Moses showed off his coffee-making skills, while the pretty girls were a bit flustered. Nancy laughingly said that their coffee-making seemed like making soup.
Regarding it being said that TVB's anniversary series this year include Kenneth's "Speakers of Law" and Natalie's "You've Got the Power", and with the support of "Big", the two are regarded as hot contenders for TV king and TV queen. Kenneth said that he does not know whether "Speakers" is an anniversary series or not. He said, "The actors of every series are opponents. Roger [Kwok] and Moses, who are in the same series, are also strong opponents". He frankly said that, compared to TV king, he hopes that "Big" wins 'Best Series" even more. Because the series was filmed under the pandemic, its completion was entirely dependent on the concerted efforts of those before the screen and behind the scenes. When asked if he would celebrate by getting married if he sweeps TV king and 'Best Series', he laughingly said, "Would really be satisfied if both are won. If all awards are won, and then the lottery jackpot is also won, will answer again then (referring to getting married)".
Natalie hopes that "Big" wins big, from newcomer awards to TV king. Kenneth laughingly said, "Hope that there are three TV kings for the first time this year". Asking Natalie if she hopes to win TV queen again, she said, "Have also not particularly thought about it. Instead, hope that my series makes viewers feel something after watching it. 'You've' is about the grassroots. [If] everyone resonates with it after watching it, as an actor, it has already reached the standard". Roger Kwok Shares Performing Arts Experience, What Made Nancy Wu All Wet?
Artistes Roger and Nancy Wu were in Causeway Bay promoting the TVB's new series, "Big", today. In the series, the two compete for power in the hospital, fighting a battle of wits and strength; it is full of drama. Nancy, who parachuted as the hospital director, lauhingly said, "The character was quite unpopular in the beginning".
Actually, this is the first time that the TV king and TV queen are having a head-to-head acting battle in a series. She laughingly said, "Had collaborated in 'Not Just a Pretty Face' and 'D.I.E.' a long time ago. Roger was being my elder sisters' boyfriend in both. Already felt Roger's aura on the first day of work. It was very interesting for me. Had to improve myself and learn while filming".
Roger thanked Nancy for getting to know him during filming, deepening their mutual understanding to increase the dramatic performance. Nancy said, "When in Mainland, the two of us went to a cha chaan teng to chat. Roger shared a lot of the precious moments of his performing arts career.
