The day before, Kenneth Ma and Moon Lau were filming a shootout scene for Producer Man Wai Hung's new series, "Stealth Team", in the downtown area of Kowloon Bay. Moon became a sexy sniper, looking stylish and also showing off her beautiful figure. Kenneth, who had a real gun, had a specialist by his side the entire time. Although the gunshots were loud, he, who has had a lot of experience, was teased by Moon for having trained to the stage of being 'blind and deaf', not needing to cover his ears and would not blink...senses have completely 'degenerated'!
At the end of last month, an accident occurred when American actor Alec Baldwin was filming a shooting scene for the movie "Rust", which resulted in one death and one injury. Asking Kenneth if he was worried, he said, "Not scared because there are no bullets. Only afraid of the gunshots being too loud. Also quite scared of the bang. Actually, it may be safer filming in Hong Kong than in foreign countries. It is too easy to have guns in foreign countries. Plus, our guns have all been applied for. The chances of those accidents occurring are very slim".
Real Gun Is Heavy, Tired to the Point That Lifting Cannot Be Done
He, who has played the role of a doctor many times, has held scalpels more than guns. He expressed that he likes both: "Shooting is also very fun. Initially thought that an air gun would be used since [we're] filming downtown, but the producer has a lot of heart...booked a real gun. The textural quality is always much better...would see real sparks through the lens. (Did you blink?) I'm okay! [I] never blink; they also all say that I'm blind. (There was a big kickback?) Very little for these. Would perhaps be more powerful for long guns. The real gun is very heavy...weighing ten or 20 pounds. Filming in the studio all night, really almost could not lift [my] arm!" Moon, who is filming fight scenes and firing a real gun for the first time, was nervous. Fortunately, the staff before the screen and behind the scenes was very helpful, often providing her with counselling: "I couldn't control my nerves at all. Would blink when [I] shoot. Was very annoyed, but everyone was also very patient with me".
Moon Lau Acts as a One-Woman Brothel
Speaking of action scenes, Kenneth expressed that he and Joel Chan have the most in the entire series, laughingly saying, "The pretty girl would shoot from the rooftop!" Moon immediately complained, "Did you know that, lying down in that s-shape, the waist has no more strength after the shoot?!" Kenneth said, "As soon as she shoots, the cute faces all come out, but our series is about being stylish. Her cute faces can only appear in NG clips. [He] also said that [he] is injured all over [his] body from filming fight scenes. One day, [he] also got hit by the gun barrel, but [he] did not regard it as a matter of any importance.
Moon has become addicted to filming fight scenes. [She] specially found a teacher to learn how to fight and watched the Korean drama "My Name" to learn from it: "The female lead, Han So Hee, trained for a few months, and [she] didn't even use a body double, which greatly inspired me". [She] also expressed that she really likes her look. The reporter laughingly said that everyone would also like seeing [her] curves. She wittily said, "It's not related. Actually, not wearing this outfit, I am also curvy!" [She] also revealed that she becomes an undercover agent to solve a case: "There is a one-woman brothel look. (Wore some strappy lace sleepwear?) It was very awesome! [You] will know when [you] see it!"
