Personal Note: Is Dicky going to pull a Dayo Wong, and win 'Best Actor' without having to attend?
Funny how Benjamin's 'Best Actor' nomination is for "Another Era", and Pakho is the only one from this series to be nominated for 'Popular Male Character' when his role was not liked at all.... o_O
Was expecting John Chiang to be nominated for "Daddy Cool" instead, since his character in the series and the series itself were more well-received than "Birth of a Hero".
Such a weak list of nominations for 'TV Partnership'...would only make sense for one of the "Lo and Behold" partnerships to win this award.
The nominees for 'Most Improved Male Artiste' are basically the same as last year, with only the previous winner, Mat Yeung, being switched out with Karl.... Surprised that Owen is still nominated when he only had variety programmes this year....
Nice to see the 'Professional Actor Award' being brought back so that veteran actors, such as Angelina Lo, Jimmy Au, and Timothy Cheng, do not get totally snubbed like last year's awards....
Perhaps a 'Lifetime Achievement Award' for Law Lok Lam?
