- The producer revealed that the series hopes to be able to release in December; however, because it is in collaboration with Tencent Penguin Pictures, it is difficult to predict the schedule, as it has to be submitted for inspection, so it has not been confirmed.
- In the previous installment, Marco Ngai's character was pushed into the ocean, and it is still unknown whether he is dead or alive. Joyce Tang still greatly misses him.
- Jessica Hsuan will play Diana Tai On Na (戴安娜), a new gun-wielding policewoman. She is a genius in human affairs but timid when handling cases. She is a person who really enjoys life but is very serious when working. She did "Police Report" in the past; once, she was held hostage by a thief during a live broadcast, which traumatized her, so she does not dare to work the front line, voluntarily transferring to the information department. Later, she gets recognized by Benz Hui as an expert in human affairs, inviting her to join the strange cases team. She adores Joyce because Joyce is well-known in the police force. She meets Moses Chan at work; he is a god in the police force and is very popular among girls. She and Moses will have a romantic storyline. She, Mayanne Mak, and Kayi Cheung are besties.
- Moses will play Mung Hon Sam (蒙漢森), a Special Duties Unit (SDU) commander. He is originally an elite of the police force, but he works courageously, is very demanding, and does not know how to deal with others, so no one is willing to work with him. As a result, he is forced to transfer to the strange cases team, which is a department that is looked down on by the police force. There, he also meets Jessica and becomes her boss. He is responsible for training others. He is tough and funny. He, Jessica, Bella Lam, Raymond Chiu, Derek Wong, and Bob Cheung are in the same team. He is also called 「檬Sir」.
- Joyce will reprise her role as Chan Sam Yuen (陳三元), who has been promoted to Superintendent. She appears strong and is also a courageous and capable police officer who investigates cases; however, she cannot get rid of her emotional trauma, using work to hide her wounds. When she meets Moses, she is able to see Marco's shadow in him; feelings begin to change, and a subtle relationship happens between the two of them. She has a slight romantic storyline with Moses.
- Him Law will play 「華Dee」, a grassroots gangster who is rather emotional. He is Tony Hung's underling. He has a one-sided love for Gloria Tang, but she only loves Tony.
- Benz will play Joyce's superior.
- Tony will play Yiu Chung (耀忠), a gang advisor who is rather cool, tough, and masculine. He is the refined type. He returned from studying law in a foreign country, and wants to take over the gang. He is one of the people in charge of the gang, and is rather good at fighting. He, Him, Fred Cheng, and Lee Sing Cheung are a quartet in the gang, but he and Fred are always in opposition. He will come up with doing different businesses to cleanse the organization. He will do whatever he can to achieve his goal; he will also eliminate anyone who gets in his way. He has a romantic storyline with Gloria.
- Gloria will play the boss lady of a restaurant. Him and Tony are her suitors. Him has a crush on her, but she likes Tony, so it is a love triangle, but it is very pure, so there are no kiss scenes. Because something big happens, the love is brief.
- Fred will play 「Danny仔」, a gang leader. He was locally born and bred, and started from the bottom. He is unscrupulous, has a fiery personality, always yells at people, and speaks crudely. He is a major antagonist who is very mean and domineering. He has more scenes with Him and Tony. He and Tony are in the same gang, and they compete for the leader position.
- Bella will play Fong Siu Kiu (方小喬), a new gun-wielding policewoman. She has a serious personality. Her team follows Jessica and Moses. The team has rather funny scenes. At first, the team is rather weak in various areas, such as fitness, but becomes better and better through Moses' training. She is also called 「蕎頭」.
- Derek will play Lee Chi Lung (李志隆), a detective who dreams of becoming a celebrity. He is also called 'GD' because he adores GD, and his goal is to become a Korean celebrity.
- Bob will play Ma Kai Fan (馬啓凡), a CID. He is Gabriel Harrison's subordinate. He has a romantic storyline with Bella.
- Leo Kwan will play 「Hang基」.
- Regina Ho will play a triad boss lady. In order to save Fred, who was being pursued by the police, she dies after getting hit by a car.
- Gabriel will play Leung Siu Hei (梁兆希), a Senior Superintendent. He is Joyce's colleague; he pursues her.
- Toby Chan will play Kwan Sa Doi (關莎黛), a lawyer. She is Moses' ex-wife.
- Angelina Lo will play Benz's mother-in-law.
- Kandy Wong will play Moses' domestic helper.
- Lee Sing Cheung will play 「金爺」, a gang leader.
- Mimi Chu will reprise her role as Wong Yi Mui (王二妹), Joyce's mother.
- Maggie Wong will guest-star, reprising her role as Ching Sa Sa (程莎莎), Joyce's daughter. She is a university student. She gets held hostage by a bad guy, causing Joyce to panic.
- Osanna Chiu will play Law On Kei (羅安琪).
- Jumbo Tsang will play a Madam. She has more scenes with Joyce and Gabriel.
- Keith Mok will play Luk Cheung Kong (陸長江), a manager.
- Joan Lee will play Siu San (小珊), a pregnant woman.

Personal Note: Finally, a blessing ceremony, even though the series wraps up filming at the end of the month!
Would have been interesting if Joyce's character had crossed over to this series without using the "Armed Reaction" brand, as this series seems like "D.I.E." with the bumbling cop team, and there also seems to be a large focus on triads....
Too bad Lee Sing Cheung is no longer playing 「頂爺」, as only Mimi, Maggie, and Joyce are reprising their roles from the previous installments.
