Fala Chen Highly Praises Liu Xuan's Performance: Reveals Kenneth Ma to Be Sweet Talker

Fala Chen: "Luckily, I do not have to really fight. If I were to fight with her, I'd get beaten up. She's very good. She is a very quick learner, as she learns kung fu very quickly, and even in acting. She adjusts very quickly, as she is already accustomed to the way that TVB films".

Interviewer: "Ma Ming, do you have more scenes with her?"

Kenneth Ma: "I do. Since she is my younger sister in the series, I have more scenes with her. I find that she is very clever, just like Fala".

Fala Chen: "Sweet-talking!"

Kenneth Ma: "I must mention Fala".

Fala Chen: "He keeps flattering Xuan. He would say 'Your reaction was done very well'. But, Xuan only stands up to here [when next to Kenneth]. However, he's also acting, so he can't see her".

Raymond Wong: "You're so bad. You're so bad".

Fala Chen: "Yet, he still praises her".

Interviewer: "Are you really this type of person?"

Kenneth Ma: "But, she did do very well!"

Raymond Wong: "Well, Ma Ming is a gentleman. He's the best at sweet-talking".

Liu Xuan: "Actually, this is my first time filming a series in Hong Kong; however, I have already filmed some in Mainland before. In the beginning, I wasn't very used to it, but everybody treats me very well. Them".

Personal Note: Ma Ming is known in TVB for his sweet-talking, as Selena had already mentioned this during the promo of "The Master of Tai Chi". :D Ha ha....

Fala eats a lot. Her plate is full of food. :)

This series is tailor-made for Liu Xuan, as she is well-known in Mainland. Reporters keep asking other cast members about Liu Xuan's performance. After three weeks, Liu Xuan's Cantonese has indeed shown a noticeable improvement. She is more confident in speaking the dialect.

Nothing special in the TVB8 clip. The only thing I found interesting is that Liu Xuan said that Ma Ming's Mandarin improved.

Congratulations to "A Pillow Case of Mystery II" on having this year's highest ratings for a first episode with an average of 33 points, and a peak at 36 points! Bobby said that those numbers are Jessica's measurements! Ha ha.... :D

Bobby's first impression of Jessica when they first collaborated in "The File of Justice IV".

Bobby: "Jessica is a very westernized girl, and very outgoing. It is very rare for girls to laugh to the point where you can see her uvula, and she doesn't mind".

Bobby labelled Jessica as a thief (斗賊) for her straightforward personality.

Bobby once bought an outdoor chair to bring with him when he films outdoors. He didn't want to take it home and bring it back every time he goes out to film, so he wanted to leave it at TVB. Bobby found a place in TVB where all of the outdoor chairs are placed, but he didn't want other people to take his chair even if it had his name on it. Thus, Jessica suggested to him to write her name on it. Bobby wrote Jessica's name on the chair, and he drew a skull with an 'X' underneath it. Bobby said that the chair was placed there for a month, and no one even moved it. :D

阿佘的笑話
There was a time when Bobby had to film at 6am, and he saw Charmaine Sheh in the makeup room in her ancient costume (she was filming the Sales clip for "Beyond the Realm of Conscience").

Bobby: "Good morning".
Charmaine: "Good morning, Big Master".

The next morning, Bobby came off the set and saw Charmaine.

Bobby: "Charmaine, you haven't left yet?"
Charmaine: "No, Big Master. It's the next day!"

Ha ha.... Charmaine does like to call Bobby 'Big Master'. :)

Bobby is very nervous when it comes to filming kiss scenes. He had once mentioned in an article that Yoyo Mung does trial kisses before actual filming. :) Bobby said that he is afraid of filming kiss scenes with Jessica and Yoyo, as he knows that they will be more 'let go' than he would be.

Bobby talked about the intense kiss scene he filmed with Yoyo (in "Forensic Heroes"). Bobby was nervous, so he kept drinking water and kept chewing gum.

Yoyo: "Really nervous?"
Bobby: "A little bit".
Yoyo: "Do you need a trial first?"
Bobby: "Okay, let's try first".
Yoyo: "[You're] still scared. Need another trial?"
Bobby: "I wouldn't mind".

When they finished filming that kiss scene, Bobby said, "Thanks", and Yoyo said, "Thank you". :D

Ha ha.... This incident was funny in writing, but it is even more funny actually hearing Bobby talk about it. :D

Another funny thing is that Bobby revealed that during the kiss scene with Esther Kwan in "A Recipe for the Heart", Esther was talking, as kiss scenes look more realistic if you talk. Esther would say, "Move over a bit", "You're covering me", "Are you full?", "That rice was okay", "That chicken drumstick was very big", etc. Ha ha....

Jessica loves working with Bobby and Sunny Chan, and she loves learning from Damian Lau.

Bobby's most compatible partners are Jessica, Esther, and Yoyo.

Love watching interviews with Bobby and Jessica, as they are super funny! It is non-stop laughing! :D
