'Best Series' "Big White Duel" is set to start filming a second installment in October. In the ending, it was still unknown whether Ali Lee, who played 'Dr. Ching' in the previous installment, was dead or alive. Due to being involved in a political controversy earlier, [she] has not been unfrozen. Following "BB on Top", [she] is also being kicked out of "Big White Duel II", with no hopes of bouncing back.

Kenneth Ma Wants the Original Lineup

Affected by the novel coronavirus, many artistes are out of work. Fortunately, TVB is continuing to film series, with its artistes working as usual; however, Ali has not benefitted. When giving out face masks earlier, [she] revealed that "Big II" will start filming soon, but [she] did not know whether there would be any changes, so there was still a trace of hope that [she] would be taking part; however, it has already been confirmed that [she] has been kicked out!

Kenneth was asked whether it was a pity that Ali had been kicked out. He said, "Having the original lineup is best, of course. Have to see what the producer and the copy editors decide. (New characters will be joining?) That's normal. Because it is a new story, having new blood join would certainly be fresh for the viewers". Natalie Tong and Kelly Cheung were good friends with Ali in the first installment; now, she has been kicked out. Natalie said, "I have not received a notice about when filming starts. Have to wait until the official start of work before there is an answer for everything". [She] also hopes that everyone is filming it. Kelly also expressed, "Hope to be able to film with the entire original cast because the viewers loved our relationship before. We also got along happily in private. Hope that everything goes smoothly...film a sequel that is enjoyable to watch for everyone".

Natalie Tong Not Scared of Returning to Mainland

The series crew of "Big II" is going to a hospital in Mainland for location filming; is Kenneth worried about it being dangerous? He said, "I believe that the company will decide according to the epidemic situation. I hope that it is able to film in October, which means that the novel coronavirus is far from everyone. The company will certainly only set off under safe conditions". Stephen Wong, who is in the same series, also said that he was not afraid of going to Mainland to work: "This is a medical series. We are fully prepared, just like the medical staff. Will be paying attention to hygiene and all kinds of things". Natalie expressed, "I am not worrying about things in the next few months. Believe that, if it were not allowed, the company would not tell us to go up. I greatly trust my team. Secondly, my personal hygiene awareness also has to be quite strong".
