- Filming commences in August.
- Mandy Wong will play 'Madam G'. She is Raymond Lam's handler. She lacks the ability to communicate with others. She is rather straightforward in her thinking.
- Sisley Choi will play an undercover cop.
- Owen Cheung will play a gang leader. There is a scene where Sisley has to seduce him.
- Serene Lim will play a Chinese medicine practitioner who is an employee of a foot massage parlour. She has scenes with Raymond.
- Shiga Lin will play 「阿攣」, a pretty cop. She is continuing her character who has already died in the previous installment. She will appear in the middle of the series. She is partnering Benjamin Yuen in flashback scenes, which may involve a one-night stand. She gets close to Benjamin to obtain information.
- Emily Kwan will play a Deputy Commissioner of Police. She has more scenes with Mandy and Priscilla Wong.
- Milkson Fong will play Lam Po Kong (林寶剛). The majority of his scenes are with Michael Miu. He is also called 「哥布林」.
- King Lam will play a gangster. He is a violent scumbag who swindles, kills, commits arson, pushes a granny into the road, kicks an uncle off a bus, and is condemned by the public. He always picks fights, so he ends up getting beaten.
- Lisa Ch'ng will have more scenes with Mandy.
- Sophie Yip will play So Miu Miu (蘇淼淼), the daughter of the Secretary for Security. She is a swimming athlete.
- Kelvin Yuen will play Lui Hap Sing (呂合星).
- Oscar Leung will guest-star. There is a scene where he reunites with Raymond.
- Dickson Wong will guest-star as the younger version of Kenneth Ma's character.
- Ho Yuen Tung will guest-star as a massage therapist.
