- The sitcom is confirmed to premiere in August.
- The sitcom is a light urban comedy about 'female awakening', 'generational sparks', and the 'attack of AI'. The plot is about Stephanie Che suddenly 'awakening' and flying from Hong Kong to Canada to move into the home of her single mother daughter, Jinny Ng, determined to recapture lost time and the feeling of first love.... It turns out that, back then, Stephanie had a major falling out with Jinny because she insisted on giving birth to her daughter, Desta Lee. Now, Stephanie suddenly and unexpectedly enters and disrupts Jinny's life, and teams up with her granddaughter, whom she gets along with, causing a series of upheavals in the once peaceful Tong family.... At the same time, single mother Jinny also faces a major crisis at work; how will she cope with both her career and family in crisis?
- To enhance its relatability, apart from 'family' and 'generational communication' as its main storylines, it is also incorporating the 'attack of AI', 'restarting life', and 'current events' as selling points to deliver joy and life philosophies while closely following social trends and online buzz, resonating with viewers and providing emotional outlets.
- Stephanie will play Tong Cho Ka Bing (唐曹嘉冰), a rebellious, carefree, and optimistic dream-chasing grandmother. She is Jinny's mother and Desta's maternal grandmother. There are scenes of her in the past and the present, as there are flashbacks of her being young and caring for her little daughter, so she has to have an old look and act young. She is married. Born into a traditional Chaozhou family, she now seeks to pursue her lost dreams and longs to recapture the feeling of first love. She loves her family, is intelligent and strong-willed, and has her own way of doing things; however, sometimes her strong sense of pride makes her seem stubborn and self-willed. She and Jinny are a mother-daughter pair that appears to not be too harmonious, but actually loves each other deeply. She wants to mend her relationship with her daughter but does not know where to begin. She and Desta will have duet scenes.
- Jinny will play Lesley Tong Man Lei (唐萬里), a stubborn, steel-willed 38-year-old woman in the workplace who is tough on the outside but gentle on the inside. She is a company executive. She is an unmarried, single mother. The unconventionality in all her life is reflected in her having a child out of wedlock. Afterward, she becomes a pillar of support for her daughter, becoming independent and strong, but also feels somewhat lost as her daughter grows up. She can handle the most difficult public relations (PR) crises in Hong Kong, yet she suffers a crushing defeat in the 'three-generation battlefield' of her own humble abode. She and Leo Kwan are a couple. She and Gary are a bickering pair. She
- Desta will play Tong Sam (唐芯), a quirky, Zen, clear-headed Gen Z. She is 18 years old. She, who grew up in a single-parent family, possesses a maturity beyond her years. Using the most chill demeanour, she elegantly survives between the two monsters, her grandmother and mother. Like all girls, she loses interest in things very easily, but her sharp intelligence makes her a Jack of all trades.
- Kim Li will play Terry Cho Ka Chung (曹嘉驄), an amateur manga artist who starts from the bottom. He has a childlike spirit and is full of passion. He boasts a higher IQ and has an innocent, humourous, and optimistic and contented personality. He is an honest and good person who takes care of his family. He is Stephanie's younger brother. He dotes on his grandniece, Desta, whom he helped raise personally. He often acts as a mediator when Stephanie, Jinny, and Desta bicker. He is a bachelor.
- Gary will play Yeung Fan (楊帆), a marketing wizard known for his swift, ruthless, and precise tactics. He comes from a boy group background; after leaving the entertainment industry, he went to Mainland to do business. Although he has a harmless appearance, he knows very well that 'infamy is still fame', and would stop at nothing to generate online traffic. He and Jinny are a bickering pair; they will clash a lot in the workplace. The boss specifically hired him to join the PR company to keep Jinny in check.
- Duncan How will play Dex Yeung Kwong (楊光), Gary's younger brother. He has a tough exterior but is a totally goofy and simple and honest warm guy on the inside. He deeply resents his elder brother's calculating nature, and will even eventually join forces with Jinny to go against Gary. He is Desta's university classmate.
- Regina Ho will play Chu Yuen Yuen (朱圓圓), a 'black lotus in the workplace' who specializes in hiding a dagger behind her smile. She is s senior manager. Her relationship with her bestie, Jinny, is complicated and bewildering, constantly shifting between a rivalry and a friendship. She likes to meet guys everywhere.
- Leo will play On Dor Fan (安多勳), a fitness trainer. He is Jinny's energetic and comical boyfriend. He has a chauvinistic personality, but he does not mind being a 'phoenix man' who accepts Jinny's financial support, living up to the reputation of being a man who reluctantly lives off a woman. He truly loves Jinny and goes to great lengths to cajole her into letting go of the burden of a career woman. His main mission is to make Jinny happy and slowly win the approval of Stephanie and Desta.
- Karen Wu will play Hannah Lo Hon Na (盧漢娜), Desta's high school and university classmate and bestie; they chase after celebrities together. She is a cheerful, liveliy, and ambitious Gen Z with a pragmatic personality. She is an extremely frugal slasher. Her life goal is to make as much money as possible to save up for a house. She is shrewd and thrifty, loves beauty but does not obsess over luxury brands, and is an expert at online shopping. She and Kelvin Liu are a thrifty couple.
- Kelvin will play Tit Kam Kong (鐵金剛), Karen's boyfriend, who shares her optimism, ambition, having a life goal, and frugality; however, he scrimps on himself and pampers his girlfriend, showing her nothing but generosity and affection.
- Alex Yung will play Ko Koon Yat (高冠一), the CEO of a cross-generational company. He is a rich second generation who appears to treat life as a game but is actually calculating and meticulous behind the scenes, knowing exactly who is a friend and who is a foe. He has a grudge against Jinny, so he recruits Gary to deal with her; thus, he is his lackey.
- Daniel Chau will play Ho Man Him (何文謙), the company's customer service manager. He is a warm guy who gets along with his female colleagues. He is a devoted family man. He and Jinny used to be colleagues in the same company; she is particularly good to him. He has devote more time to his family, so he sort of works from home. He is also called 「何媽」.
- Venus Lam will play Leanne Tsang Bik Chi (曾碧池), the company's gossipy queen of the grapevine who would blow minor rumours out of proportion, stirring up storms in the office at any time. She is Regina's subordinate.
- Alan Wu will play Fantasy Fan Tak Sai (范特栖), a former PR and Gary's subordinate who is obsessed with his appearance.
- Sherman Poon will play Mok Hei Ling (莫希靈), an employee who often gets bullied in the company. She is a fierce woman who dives headfirst into things; however, at the office, she is rather timid. She is Desta's friend, but she she is also Jinny's assistant, so she has to help her gather information about daughter. She is a foodie who chases after celebrities.
- Josephine Hung will play Mo Wai Wai (巫慧慧), a mysterious colleague who loves wearing wigs. She has a quiet personality and does not know how to communicate with people. She likes to search 2D AI things; when needed, she is an AI assistant in the company.
- Tsui Wing will play Ching Cheung Kim (程祥劍), a muscular uncle whose personality has a striking contrast with his physique. He is a colleague at the cross-generational PR company where Jinny and Gary work.
- Chloe Nguyen will play Ada, Jinny's secretary.
