Artiste Bowie Lam will be returning to TVB to film a series after 13 years. Earlier, he admitted that he would be filming "Detective Investigation Files 12", spending three to four hours a day to look at the script and working with the producer on how to make the script better, also hoping to have good results for his comeback.
Monica Chan and Kelly Fu Making a Formidable Combination
Now that Bowie is returning to film a series, TVB has also found talented actors to work with him. The female leads are Monica Chan and Kelly Fu. It is known that the two will be dual female leads this time. In an exclusive interview with on.cc, Monica franky said that she filmed a movie with Bowie before, but they had no scenes together. She said, "We know each other but have never officially worked together. Previously, on the night of the 'TV Awards Presentation', Director Kai (Executive Producer Chung Shu Kai) told me that there was a role that was very suitable for me. Now, I have looked at the script; it's a role with a great breakthrough".
Yoyo Chen will also make a guest appearance and have a romantic storyline with Bowie. In an exclusive interview with this newspaper, Yoyo frankly said that, this time, her scenes are mainly with Bowie. She said, "Actually, I am also a bit nervous about working with a senior. I really watched Bowie's series when I was young. Have been in the industry for so many years, but I have never seen him in person and have even never collaborated, so it is really the first time. Hope that he can give [me] some advice".
