- The series is a brand new urban romance that depicts all kinds of atypical relationships between men and women from an alternative perspective.
- Karl Ting will play Lam Sun (林信), a warm guy KOL. He is a big kid who still acts like a kid. He and Crystal Fung are a couple that has been dating for five years. The two's intimate scenes are very few; most are expressed through inner drama. The kiss scenes are explained with silhouettes and imagination. Their relationship is stable, but they lack sparks. They are used to keeping their differing opinions in their hearts. The ticking time bomb buried in their hearts gets triggered by an accident, which brings about a major change in the two's relationship. At the end of the plot, there will be an unexpected climax; this surprise has a lot to do with the series title, "You Are Not Her". - Mark will play a warm guy who loves his wife. He does not need his wife to worry too much about things. He, Karl, and Telford Wong are good friends who grew up together.
- Telford Wong will play a fitness instructor who is rather flirtatious. He is the king of hooking up with girls; there is an unspoken secret behind it. He does not have a great sense of security and is rather lonely, but he would go meet girls. He is also interested when he sees teacher Fabienne Kwan at the school. He, Karl, and Mark are good friends. He met Crystal first. He has many scenes with Karl and Crystal; Karl and Crystal are a pair, but he and Crystal have an ambiguity. He likes Crystal.
- Phoebe Pang will play the mother of a four-year-old son. She is a single mother. Her personality is rather serious and nervous. She has two husbands; her current husband is Mark. She and Mark are a loving married couple.
- Joan Lee will play 「Fanny姐」.
- Andrew Yuen will play Lau Ngo San (柳傲山).
- Rosita Kwok will play a slash, as she is a KOL and an insurance girl. She appears kindhearted but actually scams people out of their money; she scams King Lam out of his money.

- Fabienne will play a teacher. She has the most scenes with Telford.
