It's nice that they made this programme so that the audience can be reminded of the dramas that aired earlier during the year.
So voting closes at 3:00am on Dec 17th and TVB execs should know who the winners are on Monday morning. I guess that should prevent a last minute vote surge and server meltdown during the awards ceremony itself (a la Miss Hong Kong).
If TVB wants audience voting to decide the winners this year I wonder why they didn't open the Supporting and Most Improved categories up for voting as well. Seems inconsistent of them.
