Are you sure? Because if you look at the credit roll Angela Tong isn't listed, Alison Moore is. Even if you look it up on other sites, Angela was never listed.
I am positive! Listen carefully, it is Angela's voice. There are sites that list "Angela Tong Ying-Ying" as a voice for Dee Dee.
Alison Moore only had a few scattered voice credit. She was replaced by Kathryn Cressida. Also, you can click on the site I have above or click on the picture, and then click on 'All Sizes". It reads "Angela Tong Ying-Ying as Dee Dee".
Did you watch the entire clip? Because there are two voices in the first clip. The one that said, "Dexter......" is not Angela. The voice at 01:44 ish and on is Angela.
