Kenneth Ma Thinks That He Does Not Have Enough Rumours

The other day, Kenneth Ma filmed an advertisement for a skin care centre, and he also appeared with wavy hair for the first time. He laughingly said, "Was not used to it at first, but looks more pleasing to the eyes the more [I] look at it". He is also more cautious about his appearance than in the past, constantly looking in the mirror during filming. He said, "I understand that looks and appearance are important for an artiste...look better, so can attract the opposite sex and fans. This should be a bonus!"

In addition, Kenneth actually thinks that he does not have enough rumours...otherwise, fame could be greater: "Everyone is afraid of rumours. I, on the other hand, am afraid of not having enough rumours...the more the better!"

Personal Note: Ma Ming's hair was long for "Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles", so his hair had to be styled this way. :P

He he.... Not the first time that Men's Skin Centre (MSC) has used a mirrored image in the ad. :)

Pakho Chau and Ron Ng Design Artistic Product for Charity

Pakho Chau, Ron Ng, Mainland artiste Mickey He, etc. designed 'Denim' concept artistic products for a French fashion brand, including a bulldog, a bicycle, a bouquet of flowers, and an airplane for a charity auction. Pakho placed the concept on a bicycle. He said, "France makes me think of the Tour de France. The French's lifestyle is leisurely. I hope to be like them...do the things that I like without worry".

Ron chose a bouquet of flowers for his artistic product concept. He said, "France is an extremely romantic country. Seeing the couples there holding hands, the feeling is very romantic. France's national flower, the iris, is most representative of love and the yearning for freedom".

Personal Note: Ron looks good here. :) He he.... Really like his earlobes! :P

Jessica Hsuan Appears on ATV and Talks About TVB

After artiste Jessica Hsuan left TVB, [she] recently appeared on ATV and accepted an "A Date with Eva" interview. Jessica left TVB, where she worked for 19 years. She said that it was because she encountered some unhappy matters; therefore, [she] chose a road that would be fitted for her. Jessica said that Bobby Au Yeung and Louis Koo are her most compatible partners, but also experienced the feeling of having difficulty in pulling out when filming a scene with Louis; however, she emphasized that it was because of the character, not Louis. She would also often remind herself to be immersed when acting, but must pull out of character after filming has finished.

Personal Note: This is not the first time that Jessica has mentioned 'Tsui Fei'. :)

Anita Yuen and husband Julian Cheung, in a rare instance, attended a skin care product ribbon cutting event. Anita frankly said that the fee was very good. She said that, apart from wanting to look good for work, her husband usually does not pay attention to what he wears...can wear the undershirt that he wears to sleep outside. When friends see that Julian has worn the same outfit for a few days, will know that Anita is out of town.

Julian expressed that his personality is rather carefree...does not really pay attention to fashion. Really dares to go out in sleepwear. He laughingly said that, under Anita's supervision, he looks more like a celebrity. Anita immediately added that her husband must look good in order to put food on the table. Don't have to eat her own...can eat her husband's.

Playful Nathan Ngai Taking on Entertainment Industry

In the TVB series "The Hippocratic Crush", male newcomer Nathan Ngai, who played Kenneth Ma's younger brother, had much opportunity to shine. Although Nathan was disabled in the series, he is actually a good athlete. Previously a basketball team captain in high school and having won track-and-field competitions, he expressed that, if [he] had not entered the entertainment industry, [he] believes that he would already be a firefighter: "People around me say that I am always playing around...very fitted to be an artiste, so gave up trying to be a firefighter. Thus, if the "Burning Flame" franchise is filming again, hope to be able to take part!"

When mentioning that he and Miss Chinese International Candy Chang had a pure romantic storyline in the series, Nathan highly praised her as being a silly girl who brings happiness to everyone, but laughingly said that he is rather traditional, as he prefers gentle, well-behaved girls.

Personal Note: Track-and-field wasn't mentioned in Nathan's previous interviews...indeed very sporty!

Kelly Chen's youngest son Lau Sam (Xiaolongbao) has finally been revealed. Today, Xiaolongbao is one month old. Kelly specially revealed her son's photos on her blog. [Can] see that Xiaolongbao's eyeline is very long, and should have big eyes like his mom, but many think that Xiaolongbao resembles daddy more; however, his mouth and chin resemble Kelly. Big brother Lau Sing (Shrimp Dumpling Boy) also kisses [his] younger brother, and would also go over to say hi to [his] younger brother every day after school. Kelly accepted a radio interview over the telephone, and expressed that breastfeeding is not laborious, but there are times when she would have back pain. She does not plan on having a full moon banquet or a one-hundred day banquet...will only have a simple family dinner. Whether [she] would try for a girl is dependent on fate. In a half-month's time, she will officially begin work by recording a new album. The cake shop in which she is the ambassador for also specially designed a 'Xiaolongbao' dessert for Xiaolongbao for her to give to her family and friends.

This is a translation of the sections in which former TVB copy editor Suen Ho Ho (whose works include "Virtues of Harmony II", "The Silver Chamber of Sorrows", "Marriage of Inconvenience", "When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West", "You're Hired", "The King of Snooker", "Beauty Knows No Pain", "Sisters of Pearl", "L'Escargot", "The Hippocratic Crush", and "Ghetto Justice II") talked about Wayne Lai, Kenneth Ma, and Jessica Hsuan.

It is known that Wayne Lai has been working in TV for many years, but he never rushed to climb up, thereby turning down evil roles, because of this. He would not request to have his character Wu Chengsi in "The Greatness of a Hero" become likable. Thus, the success that he has gained today is not only well-deserved, but also commands public respect and support.

Remember when preparing for "The Hippocratic Crush", lead Kenneth Ma was still filming "Three Kingdoms RPG"...only able to rest for three or four hours every day...basically half-dead, but needed him to come to hear the story. This is the first time working with Kenneth...didn't expect him to be so professional. He does not only listen, but [he] also listens attentively. When discussing certain segments, he would be so touched that [his] eyes would become red and teary...extremely immersed. Thus, 'Yat Kin Tau', which was performed by him, became very popular afterward...it's not that there's no reason for it.

Also worked with Jessica Hsuan once a few years ago. Because the filming was rushed at that time, and the series crew was rushing day and night, she did not have time to look at the later part of the script...was not clear about the the story's development, so specially came and asked for an explanation of the later part of the storyline. After hearing it, she was very nervous because [she] was worried that her previous execution was incorrect. As a TV station's first-line fa dan, but was willing to candidly admit that there was a problem with her execution...a person with such an attitude, there are not that many in the entire TV station...the majority would only blame the script for not being good enough.

Raymond's playing a 'hea' character again....

Although Madam Lo is only a few years older than KK, she seems much older, since she has been playing housewife characters for many years.

He he.... Selena and Natalie's Chinese names mixed up again, as their names are quite similar and quite common. Also remember Ma Ming mixing their names at the fitting of "The Life and Times of a Sentinel", as well as Aimee referring to Natalie as 'Si Wan' during the photo shoot of TVB's 2009 calendar! :P

'Lazy One' is indeed a funny and easy way to remember Selena's Chinese name! :D
